    Alarm

    I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and she was helpful in discussing my Grand Alarms Account details. Melinda apologized for not effectively communicating the Cancellation Procedure and provided me with her direct contact information so that I can call about my account & if she is not able to answer my questions she will guide me to the right person and she followed up with a an email. Very satisfied with Melinda and her positive attitude even with my frustration she talked to me and was calm and worked with the situation and found a positive resoulition in then end.

    Contract renewal

    Melinda in Customer Service was easy to deal with she offered several Renewal Options including Lower Monthly Rates and Promotional Items currently available. Melinda scheduled the installation of our new Video Intercom within the next couple of days & I am happy with the services received from Grand Alarms

    Home Alarm

    I was a single mom for 7 years when we finally bought out house and we signed up with Grand Alarms. During those days it was comforting to know that we were protected in the nights, and slept better. Now, circumstances have changed, but still, when my husband goes out of town on business it is still wonderful to set the alarm and make our home feel like our 'safe place'. Thank you.

    Home Alarm System, Wiring, Conduit Pipes

    We recently purchased a new home. Our builder partnered with Grand Alarm Systems for the wiring, home alarm system installation and set-up, and home theater system set-up for our home. We could not be happier with their choice of service provider. We met with Angie Gontier, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She reviewed all of our options with us and gave us great advice. She made the meeting very comfortable and she is so easy to talk with. We were happy about the whole experience.

    Spoke with Melinda at Deluxe Alarms Customer Service & she offered several Renewal Options for our account & Melinda encouraged that I discuss with my family to ensure we select the best Renewal Option for our family's needs. We are happy with our Deluxe Alarms Service and would recommend to family & friends

    HOME ALARM SYSTEM

    I bought a new home in STOFFVILLE, ONTARIO in the year of 2010 April. I was actually dealing with STARLANE HOMES at the time of purchase. We actually just got the posession this year in Setptember 2011 and I made the call to GRAND ALARMS where I was transfered to a agent who was very helpful and was kind enough to assist me to get a appointment scheduled for installing the GRAND ALARMS in our new home. The appointment was schedule quickly and I was told that the technician will be at our house installing the ALARMS for 3-4 hours window. So far the service have been excellent and without any complications. I would defenitely recommend my family and friends to take GRAND ALARMS anytime.     New Home Low Voltage Wiring

    Before going to our meeting with our consultant, Angela G. we thought like most people do that this would just be another office where they try to sell you all the upgrades and maximize their profit, but we were definitely wrong! From the initial contact with Angela and the team at Grand Alarms it was clear that they have both the knowledge and understanding of what each person needs and how to best maximize the savings to meet those needs. They made this portion of buying our first home one of the easiest, fastest and least expensive part with focus of what we need as oppose to what they have to sell. Angela was extremely helpful in explaining all details about the products and services that they provide that help meet our needs as well as providing us with diagrams and hands on samples to clarify things. She showed no hesitation in answering all of our questions and giving us the time to make a decision after all the information was provided and even kept the store open after closing for us to finalize the choices. Overall we are extremely happy with the service Angela provided us with and with the solutions that Grand Alarms for our needs as first time home buyers.

    Alarm, Telephone, Television, Central Vac, Garage Door

    As a repeat customer with Grand Alarms, I knew exactly what to expect with Mary and the Grand Alarm Staff. I was greeted with smiles as always. I was amazed at how quickly Mary was able to help me identify what I needed (and not need) for my new home. Her knowledge of their products as well as other competitors made me feel very comfortable in my purchasing decision. I felt as if I was getting the best deal in town! Thanks again Mary and the Grand Alarm Staff! I will definitely be back on other home ownership projects!

    Alarm for new home

    I purchased a new home and was previously using Grand Alarms in my old house. Grand Alarms' Amanda Powar helped me and provided us with the option of discontinuing our old contract with the old house and installed all new system and hardware in our new home. This saved us a lot of hassle.

    Home Security, CVAC, TV Cable, Speaker Wires, Telephone, Internet, etc.

    Our appointment in January with Jackie was quite informative and I had assitance from my friend who coordinated well with Jackie to order what we needed for our house. Before we moved in, Amanda took over and made the whole process a very smooth exercise. In resolving various issues like lack of satellite reception, etc., Amanda lead admirably by taking charge and coordinated independently with the Control Dept. @ Grand Alarms. We found both Jackie and Amanda fully knowledgeable about the stuff they were talking about. All in all, a good experience. Hopefully, we'll have a mutually beneficial relationship over the coming years.
