Be careful they are not honest people. Sold me 1200 square feet of floors During the sales process, they promised me I could return all the extra as long as it was in the closed box. I have more than 200 ft left. When I returned to the store hoping to return it, they acted like they had never seen me before, although I spoke to the person who sold me two weeks prior. Demanded to see the invoice itself we're not willing to look in their system for the invoice. Eventually, I convinced them to search in the system, and they found my invoice within less than 1 minute. Apparently, on the invoice, they marked that it's a final sale, although they specifically told me during the sales that I could return the product!!! So basically, I'm stuck right now with $600 worth of product without them being willing to help. Their prices are the same as any other store that I went to. I would highly recommend going to a different store.

Not sure what has happened to LV Flooring. We've dealt with them in the past so felt confident they'd do a good job. They've told us they only have one installer now and this is the job they did!!! Almost immediate after completion, we noticed large gaps (at least 22 identified throughout), some filled and some not, cracks and chips everywhere. We also noticed that the handrail and a picket had been broken in multiple placed and then glued and nailed back together and our wainscoting was trimmed so badly. My humidity is good but the wood was never acclimated so I'm concerned because it says in the literature on the back of their bill that the wood must be acclimated. LV Flooring supplied and installed the wood back in June for which we paid $11,000.00. Both owner, Anton and Cornel came to see the installation and admitted there were problems. The blame was put on the manufacturing of the wood. However, I would think that professional installers would take the time to notice the deep cracks in the wood, the large gaps and chips and swap out the bad boards. Instead, they tried to fill some gaps and left the rest. This is solid, red oak hardwood and, to my knowledge, should not require filler as part of the installation as proper installation should not have large gaps. Although Cornel admitted that there is a big problem, he offered a maximum of $1000 to get it fixed elsewhere but we were told that there are too many problem areas to repair and it is likely that the floor may need to be ripped out and new hardwood installed. LV Flooring has our $11,000.00 and we are left with a big problem. They are now avoiding our calls and emails and refuse to rectify this problem. I'm beyond upset.

My client was very picky in terms of color and quality. He tested all hardwood with wine and we lost track of stores visited all over GTA. LV Flooring offered us custom color, a few samples and went with us all the way to make sure client is happy. Floors finally installed, but what a service. Even after sale they called to confirm if floors end up to be they quality and color we expected. Great business, with honest and respectful relationship towards the client.

LV Flooring did an excellent job installing hard wood in my family room. They removed carpet and some existing ceramic tile and were able to cover the rest of the tile with plywood before installing the hard wood to avoid the expense and mess of removing it. They completed the job in about 2 days. They also had to come back a couple of times to re-do the stain on a new wood step and couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. I am extremely impressed with the quality of their service and would highly recommend them.

I was taking care of from A to Z, he helped me to choose the right panels, right color, installation was a breeze. I really recomend these guys and will use their service in the future 100%.

We were very happy with the choice of the hardwood floor that was provided to us. Antoine is a pleasure to deal with and very honest and ethical. The Installation of the Hardwood Flooring was done very professionally and done in the timeframe that was promised. the installer was at our home from as early as 8:30 and stayed until after 6 to ensure the job was completed.
