Great company with great service. Very professional and helpful every step of the way with any questions or concerns I had. I would definately reccommend them to anyone that I know looking to do similar work.

Upon moving into our home we discovered mould under a baseboard. We then had a company come to test and discovered elevated levels of two different toxic black moulds in our basement walls and bedroom ceilings. We contacted a few companies for quotes but Manny was by far the most prompt and professional. We hired Manny and his team and they were in to do the work the very same week. They were true to their initial quote and timeline. Manny answered all of my questions and emails promptly. We are so thankful to Manny and his team for all of their work. They provided us with peace of mind and didn't take advantage of us. They will not pressure you or overcharge you and they go out of their way to help you. For example, Manny and his business partner showed up at our house at 8pm one night to answer our questions in person and review the work done by his team. It's very simple, if you have mould in your house, don't look to anyone else. Just save yourself the time and hassle of contacting other companies and call Manny at GreenStream. You will not regret it. They are the best!!

We had a strong musty smell coming from our basement and had a feeling we had a mould problem. We a few estimates done, but Manny from Greenstream seemed by far the most professional and knowledgable. When he came over, he told my wife and I what the problem was and there was no pressure tactic on his part. With a baby coming, we knew we had to resolve this problem. His team showed up on time and delivered, I even felt so comfortable with his team that I left them in my house while my wife and I were away at work. Thanks for a job well done Manny!!!

GreenStream Environmental came to my home and conducted an inspection of the attic for mould. A few days earlier other workers had commented on the presence of mould and so I had to deal with it before adding insulation to the attic. The managing director was on time and very courteous. He spent about 10 minutes checking the attic and then informed me that a small amount of old water damage was visible on several rafters but that it was all dry and inactive. We concluded that this damage occurred when repairs and reconstruction had been done 20+ years ago. He recommended that I paint over the underside of several beams and then increase the insulation as planned. There was no charge for this very professional service. I would highly recommend using this company for any of the services they provide.

GreenStream Environmental did an amazing job removing the asbestos in my basement. They were very professional and courteous in the way they performed the job. Manny is the man! He was very helpful with our job.

Our home office is in the basement, so when the cold cellar under our front stoop started to smell so bad this year, we finally had to just close and keep the door shut. Last weekend I removed everything, discarded most of it and saw what looked like mould in a few places at the base of the walls. Most of the contents, especially the cardboard boxes were damp and pretty mouldy. After receiving promises from three other companies to call me back, yesterday I spoke with Manny from GreenStream (MouldRemoval.com), who agreed to come this morning to look at the problem. Manny arrived on time and after a brief inspection said “I don’t want to take your money.” He said that all I need to do is wash the concrete on the inside of the cellar with a mild detergent, use a steel brush to try to remove the worst of the mould stain, and then use a dehumidifier to dry it thoroughly. He also said that we should have no concerns about the air quality, which is a huge relief. Thank you Manny for your honesty, for saving us money, and for giving us peace of mind. When a contractor friend came by our newly bought house, he noticed the 9x9 vinyl tiles that my husband had just revealed after removing the old carpet. Our hearts sank as we worried that we had exposed family and friends who helped out with the demo to harmful asbestos. We called three companies and we were able to make an appointment with Manny from GreenStream the very next day. He reassurred us explaining that the levels of asbestos in the tiles were very low and since our tiles were in good shape, there was little risk at all. He also gave us what we felt was a very competitive price. The crew of four showed up a couple of days later, on time, and worked for two days (mostly clean-up on the second day), removing tiles from the front entrance, upstairs bathroom, and the entire basement. It was a big job since the subfloor had to come up with the tiles in the upstairs. They made sure to put barriers up and had a negative pressure fan to clean out the air overnight. My husband was doubly reassured when he saw the set up when he went on the second day to open the door for the crew. Finding asbestos in our home was scary and could've been a real nightmare but Manny & his crew made this experience a truly painfree one!

We contacted a number of highly recommended mould removal companies and found GreenStream Environmental to be the most thorough in their assessment and reasonable in their price. During the free consultation with Manny, he went through each room in our house from the attic to the basement looking for mould and asbestos. Since we plan on performing a number of renovations in the house, with our permission, Manny even pulled up under certain areas of the carpet during the inspection. Manny was very honest and knowledgeable and we felt very confident and comfortable with his team and method. His team worked three days straight removing all the improperly laid insulation batts, all the mould in our attic, which was over 1000 sq feet, as well as mould found in our bedroom. They were one of the most hard working and disciplined employees we have come across. Working all day in the attic in the summer is indeed one of the most dreadful things you can imagine and they did it with no sacrifice to the work performed or any complaints. The work was impeccable, they removed all the mould and afterwards painted the entire attic ceiling with mould resistant paint. I highly recommend Manny and his team to anyone who has mould related issues and would not hesitate to hire them again if we find mould in any other parts of the house. Thanks GreenStream!

I am extremely impressed with GreenStream . We started a very large basement renovation due to a big flood and came across asbestos in the ceilings. We immediately called 3 asbestos removal companies for quotes as we need the job done quickly. Although they all responded quickly, it was only Manny from GreenStream that thoroughly diagnosed the full extent of the asbestos (in many places we could not see yet) and he could do this because of his extensive experience with old Toronto homes. The other companies did not do the same assessment and missed the places Manny found - it would have cost us more with the other companies as it would be considered "extra". Manny was right, when his team was in, they found it all, safely removed it and cleaned up thoroughly. His team is polite, on time and very professional. The added bonus was that his quote was the most competitive and he knew we were desparate due to the contractors waiting - he accommodated us in his schedule and 3 days later the asbestos was removed and our basement reno only faced a slight, minor delay. (I felt one of the other companies we spoke with took advantage of our desperation and gave us a ridiculous quote). I would highly recommend speaking to Manny before signing with anyone else.
