Manny and his team were very helpful and informative. They answered all our questions and were very efficient. We had a mold issue on one side of our house. Remediation was done thoroughly and professionally. We highly recommend GreenStream Environmental. Thanks Manny and team!!!

Manny was prompt & extremely helpful - he arrived at our front door in a matter of hours! He assessed our problem and removed the affected material the next day. He worked safely & efficiently and charged us only $150.00 - which seemed to us to be very reasonable. We would definitely recommend his company to all our friends!

Our basement had developed a musty smell over the summer, and we knew that this was a sign that we could have a mould infestation. We checked on Homestars and found that GreenStream Environmental was extremely high-rated, so we called them to come and conduct a mould inspection. Not only were they able to find the mould and its source, they were able to quickly conduct a mould removal. They were very respectful of our home and explained the source of the mould.

Just recently I hired Greenstream Environmental to remove vinyl tiles containing traces of asbestos from my home. At the beginning of my search of contractor of choice, I spoke with many, who offered me their advice and their inflated high prices. However, when I contacted Greenstream Environmental and spoke with Manny, President, he took the time to explain the process of the work, and did not inflate his prices or place any unnecessary fear about the very minor asbestos content. He reassurred me and walked me through Greenstream's entire process for removal of vinyl tiles. His team is Professional, Efficient and most important left my home in optimum shape, their was no leftover messes for me to clean up after they had finished. Unlike some contractors who leave a mess. I am extremely happy with the work that Manny, and his team did for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an honest, efficient and Professional organization! Manny and team did everything I could ask for and more. We had them in to do an asbestos project this summer (removing asbestos from registers) and they were efficient, effective and competitively priced. We asked them to come back to do some additional work (remove asbestos tiles and check for mold in a washroom) and they acted as an an advisor - not a vendor - and recommended what was best for our family (not what would net them the most money). Their team was knowledgeable, and did a very professional job. I hope I never HAVE to use them again for any reason (as that would mean more mold/asbestos), but if I do, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Our asbestos abatement problem was very stressful, however, Manny and Edison were so patient and accommodating with all of our questions and concerns. The quote was fair and firm and they didn't try to use scare tactics like a number of other companies that provided a quote. Once the job was done, the house was very clean. There was a small area that was missed, however, they quickly pulled out their equipment and removed it - no questions asked.

Manny came to our home and gave us a very clear picture of what he recommended and how his company would go about handling the project. His team came in, setup the work area, did the work and left. They were completely unobtrusive, respectful and efficient in their work. The area was left immaculate, cleaning pipes that weren't directly in the project area, which was unexpected but very much appreciate. We definitely picked the right company for the job.

Manny came in to do a consultation on my minor mold problem. He did a thorough inspection of the problem area and assured me that it was a localized issue and did not affect the foundation of the house. He said he could fix it and charge $1200 but because it was such a small job that I could probably do it myself and save the money. Hard to find honest guys like this these days. I would recommend Manny and his company in a heartbeat!

We have just purchased a 90 year old home that we love. When it was inspected the home inspector found a small amount of Asbestos (commonly used at the time of building the home) as well as a small amount of mold. A friend had recommended Green Stream so we gave them a call. From the moment that we called them to the moment the job was done Manny was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely professional and patient with us as we had several questions throughout the process. His team was excellent and quick. They started on time, finished on time and there were zero surprises. Manny answered every phone call and email. I would highly recommend the Green Stream team.

Pretty soon after my pregnant wife and I moved into our new home, we noticed mould growth in the basement. Gilbert, his son Ighor, and their team came and eradicated the problem in one day. They were extremely courteous and professional, and as of right now, we are mould less. And hope to stay that way. We were extremely happy with the work they did, and would definitely recommend them to anyone with mould problems.
