    Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance

    We purchased our furnace/air conditioner from Boonstra 8 yrs ago and opted to pay monthly for the yearly maintenance program for each. The techs come in a timely manner every spring and fall and take care of any problems that come up in between. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond with our humidifier yesterday, cleaning it out before replacing the filter we purchased through you.

    We have delt wit Boonstra for over 50 years and have always been satisfies with service.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Thank you to Chris & Cory of Boonstra's. We were scheduled for duct cleaning today and received a call telling us that they would be there within 10 minutes. Chris & Cory were very courteous and extremely mindful of our home. They did a wonderful job.

    constant reschedule

    I booked and prepaid for a yearly maintenance call on my a/c and furnace. The first appointment was scheduled for end of May, 2 days before I got a call saying that due to "emergencies" they would have to reschedule and not until July 25th. This morning I get another call due to "emergencies" they would have to reschedule until end of August. will not deal with them anymore. End of August is nearly time to check the furnace, who knows when that would have been.

    Disappointed

    I booked Boonstra for an air duct cleaning service and arranged an appointment time of May 24th between 8 and 12. On the morning of the 24th we received a phone call advising they could not attend due to unforeseen circumstance and could only offer a rescheduled date of June 22nd. The circumstances were unfortunate and understandable and I requested if anything earlier comes up if we could be prioritized due to the situation. They assured me this would be the case but we never received any further follow up calls. I called Boonstra yesterday, looking for an update if they would be attending on the 22nd and they advised they had to outsource the service to another company they use and would be attending June 22nd in the morning. Like Boonstra had, we encountered a conflict with the date/time and requested them to attend in the afternoon. Yet Boonstra was not flexible with us, our request and quite frankly were too busy to consider it. I'm very disappointed with how Boonstra couldn't facilitate any flexibility and seemed to have no care to consider our request. I'm also very disappointed with their communication, not seeing the importance of notifying us that they outsourced the work to someone else. I would not recommend. Steve

    fast friendly service

    my furnace was not heating and i called boonstra in a panic as my house was freezing, they had someone out within 3 hours and fixed my issue! fast friendly service i would recommend them to anyone with furnace issues and i will be using them again.

    “Dan and Mike were two of the most professional individuals I have ever dealt with. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and first rate in their problem solving abilities.     Prompt and attentive

    We have a service plan with Boonstra, but have never had to use it other than routine maintenance. We recently smelled gas near our furnace, although it seemed to be working fine. We called and received a service visit the same day. The technician was attentive, thorough and professional. The firm always calls when the technician is on his/her way. Although a lot of customers required service at the time due to having no heat, they still made time for us. They have always been top notch and still are.

    New Furnace and AC

    Our furnace packed up unexpectedly so,on the recommendation of a friend we called Boonstra. A technician came the same evening (no after hours extra cost), restarted the furnace but advised us it should be replaced as soon as possible. The technician arranged for Peter from their sales department to visit us the next day. Peter explained all our options thoroughly and checked that the equipment was available. The installation team of Jimmy and Vaughan arrived the next morning and installed the new furnace. Jimmy came back the following day with Mickey to install the new AC. The whole experience went very smoothly and efficiently, everyone involved was highly professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend Boonstra.

    Furnace repair

    Conner came out to repair my furnace as it wasn't working. He trouble shot the problem and had it working in no time. Excellent service, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Very pleased!
