    Air Conditioning Assessment

    AC no longer cooling the house. Although the leak couldn’t be found….. needs further diagnostics to repair ooooor a new AC is needed……I appreciate the explanation for what has come to be and discussion of my options.

    Air condition yearly service

    Excellent service and staff. Efficient and knowledgeable. Have had the pleasure of Boomstas sales and service for over 10 years highly recommend!! Purchased furnace and air conditioner that it our needs

    New furnace installation.

    Daniel from Boonstra provided exceptional services, on the day my older furnace broke down and was tagged. Highly recommend this technician. He provided information, was prompt, courteous and professional. High marks!

    Air Conditioner

    Masked tech came and checked both inside and outside structures of our system. Now I feel confident that all is well for the next year. They also check our system before Winter each year.

    AC replacement

    Overall Boonstra did a great job replacing my AC/Heating system in my condo. I have an Aquatherm unit and it was a very complex job. The technicians were very polite and professional. They worked 8 hours non-stop to finish the job. The only complaint I had was unfortunately they did not do a very thorough job cleaning. I asked the company if they were supposed to do a full clean up and Boonstra confirmed it was required for them to do a thorough clean up after each job. They left behind a lot of grease stains on the walls, doors, sink and floor. Also found a few loose screws on the floor. I had to do about 45mins of cleaning after they finished. There was some damage as well however it was minor such as paint chips from the door. The AC/heating unit is stored in my bathroom and the door had to be removed in order to access it. They did not put the door back they it was originally placed. As mentioned before I understand they must of been exhausted after working 8 hours straight on a very hot day but the company did say it was required for them to do a full clean up. But I would still highly recommend Boonstra especially for any repairs in condos. They take pride on their customer service and quality of work.

    Blower Fan Motor Replacement

    I am happy with the work that was performed by Boonstra's engineers, who were knowledgeable and helpful, but felt the service elsewhere was lacking. We were without AC in mid-June and wanted to be kept updated on a replacement part status and when it could be installed - we were told multiple timeframes and promised a call when the part came in, neither of which came to fruition. Eventually, we called in to get an update and found that the part had been received 2 days prior - not impressed.

    A/C inspection

    A\C stopped working properly, Steve was sent to the house promptly to inspect. He was pleasant , thorough and explained exactly what happened. He gave me options and advice without being pushy. I would recommend Boonstra to anyone who has furnace or A/C issues. Kim

    HVAC

    Jeff came out on a Sunday evening when our AC wouldn’t work. He was incredibly nice and diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. Now everything is working great. Thanks, Jeff!

    Very pleasant and thorough.

    The Tech arrived when he said he would and from the time he arrived until he left he was very pleasant and explained the testing he was doing and was helpful in answering any concerns that I had.

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Daniel and Christian did a great job.they were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. We have used Boonstra before and was totally satisfied then. I highly recommend them for this type of service.
