    coolant added to hvac system

    Vincent is a dependable worker with a pleasing disposition. He added the coolant to our new HVAC system ; this couldn't be done until now due to the weather and amount of time required.

    Air Conditioning Spring Tune up

    Kevin, is the Service Rep. from Boonstra's Heating and Air conditioning who provided our Spring Tune-up today. He was on time, professional, provided a thorough tune-up for our aging AC system and answered all our questions. We will be happy to welcome Kevin again for any of our AC and Heating needs.

    Diagnostic evaluation

    Derek came to look at a leak we had in our condo and was extremely helpful in locating the source and also advising us on what we need to do.

    Furnace/air conditioning service

    Luis has taken care of servicing my furnace and air conditioning needs for the past several years. He has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have complete faith in his ability to give me the service I have come to expect from Boonstra.

    Air Conditioning check for the summer

    Jeff came to check out my air conditioning for the summer. He noticed that my fireplace had black build up on the glass and on the vent outside. Jeff suggested that I have my fireplace serviced. A service that Boonstra does not supply. He also noticed that my water tank was leaking and was rusting at the top. Told me what it would cost to replace etc. As I am a widow I really appreciated the advice that Jeff gave me. Boonstra is a great company.

    Unbelievable service

    Daniel did an amazing job installing the new water heater. Was told by a contractor that we would have to drill holes in the ceiling to fix some piping. Daniel was able to figure out how to do this without drilling through the ceiling, which saved us a lot of hassle. He was very knowledge and friendly. Will definitely do business with him again. Thanks!

    Professional service technicians

    The Hamilton Boonstra's professional technicians that visited my home during the investigations to service my furnace problem were excellent. They made sure I was familiar with what they were doing at all times and very apologetic about the time it was taking to solve it. They were just not going to give up, it had to be solved and today they solved it. Boonstra in Hamilton should be proud of all the staff I was involved with during this frustrating problem, everyone was very polite and understanding. A special thanks to the technicians that spent many hours on the problem namely Cory, Kevin, Mark and especially Luis and Jimmy they all gave 110% and Boonstra should be proud to have them as the frontline representatives of the company. Also, a thank you to Omar who worked behind the scenes during the whole process. If Boonstra in Hamilton is involved, I know it will be done right.

    Great Service!

    Jeff was professional and pleasant - he introduced himself and got right to work. He repaired my furnace and changed the batteries in my thermostat. He sold me a new filter, replayed my old one and took it away.

    Furnace Service

    I purchased a new furnace from Boonstra 2 years ago. The installation was smooth and without any issues. I just had my second free service today and I have nothing but praise for Boonstra and the technician, Adrian. He answered my questions, explained everything he was doing and was a cheerful professional. He adhered to Covid protocols and left my home spotless. I've used Boonstra for decades and have always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs

    Emergency

    Our furnace gave out on the weekend, Boonstra Came to see us on a Sunday, and was here first thing Monday morning to put in a new furnace & air conditioner. They finished the job by 1:30, it was an older furnace so it needed extra work, The Workers were fantastic, Really happy with the work.
