    Tiling and grouting

    I needed some word done in my washroom to replace missing and damaged tiles. I also had some grouting done and a new faucet was installed in a sink in my downstairs kitchenette. Glen and his assistant did a great job with everything and I'm especially pleased with the look of the tiles. Glen also gave me a bit of advice on some minor work I will do myself so, all in all, it was a good experience and I'm totally satisfied with his services.

    To do list

    We had Glen back to help with our ever growing to do list of renovations. He did plumbing in both of my bathrooms and changed the plugs through out my house. He is very efficient and reliable and the price is fair for the work that is done. We have used Glen in the past and always had a great experience and amazing work done by him. We will use him again for all projects that need to be done in our house

    Leaking pipes

    Glen is amazing and efficient!! I came home from work and I noticed water leaking from the ceiling. I was in a panic!! I didn't know what to do. I called Glen, I used him a few years ago as well. I explained what happened and over the phone we were able to locate the shut off valve. Later that day he came by and fixed the issue... Thanks again for your great work Glen!!! The water damage would of been so much worse if we didn't find that valve...

    Drywall and shower head installatiin

    I cannot believe I was charged over $900. To have them install a hand held shower head and repair about 4 square feet of drywall. His helper spent most of his time outside smoking.

    It's interesting how you have forgotten a few key points. You had us remove your washer and dryer from their pedestals in order to relocate them for your new ones. You asked us to go to Home Depot to purchase materials on your behalf. A new hand held Moen shower head, drywall, plaster, screws, framing material etc... You have no idea what was involved in the framing of the bulk head as you were not there with us. You make unfair accusations, in respect to my helper, as he would go outside to cut framing material and collect tools as needed. We explained to you exactly what our charges would be before you hired us. You were charge $650.00 for labour, $250.00 for materials, totalling $900.00. Keep in mind that we are a business not a charity. Thank you for your business, Glen .

    Thorough and Reliable

    Glen has helped me out with several things over the last few years. Floor and carpet repair, a leak behind a wall, replacing deck boards, wall patching, etc. He schedules times that are convenient, has knowledge and experience in all different areas, talks through the issues with you and recommends good and cost effective solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Glen!

    Replaced toilets and faucets

    We hired Glen to install four new toilets, five new faucets and a light fixture at our new house. Glen and his helper Mark arrived on time and quickly went to work replacing everything. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job completed all in one day. I would definitely hire Glen for future jobs!

    Great work, kind people

    Did a great caulking job for my standing shower and bath tub. Did it within quote time, and cared to tell me about caulking and its other uses. Really kind - came in with an assistant, and they left the place as clean as they found it. Amazing nice job.

    Minor Jobs

    I noticed the very good reviews on Handy 4 You and decided to hire Glen and his helpers for minor works that my contractor was taking ages to finish (painting the bathroom door and the walls in the bathroom, fixing some holes, hanging mirrors in the bathroom and in the entrance hall, placing back the basement tiles, moving some big furniture from the living room to the basement, placing some baseboards in the entrance hall). I did not regret it. Glen was on time and asked me to do a list of all the jobs that needed to be done. We went to Home Depot to buy the materials and he completed the jobs one by one. He even did some extra jobs for me like painting my old bathroom. By the way, his helper did a great job!! The work was done in 2 days. I will highly recommend Glen and his helpers for any minor jobs that you have. Thank you Glen!!

    Bath remodel

    Kevin, their handyman tech, help me remodel my bathroom, along with other miscellaneous projects around my house. The bathroom remodelling involved replacement of the vanity, mirror, and a lighting fixture. Plus we re-tiled the floor of the bathroom. I also had glass/ceramic tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, had all hardwood changed out on all doors throughout the house, and had two leaky toilets fixed. Work lasted over 3 days, totalling 21.5 man hours.

    Several smaller jobs in the house

    I needed some smaller jobs to be done. I went on Home Stars looking for a reliable handyman. Handy 4 you sounded just perfect . The reviews by former customers that had used the Co. were all excellent. Glen , the owner of the Co., arrived on time as promised with his helper. Everything was completed in the shortest period of time.What he was unable to fix , he said so . Will definitely call them again in the future and also recommend the Co. to my friends and neighbours.
