    New Hard wood flooring in Living Room and Dinning Room

    We have used Diverse in the past and are extremely satisfied so when we decided to re floor our living and dinning room floors they were our first choice. When they came to quote they were very helpful and and found us flooring which matched our existing floor in our kitchen. The installer Kevin did an excellent job and we are extremely satisfied with the work. We have no hesitation in recommending Diverse to our friends and neighbors. Margaret and Ian Monteith

    Full home flooring and installation

    Diverse Flooring was recommended to us by a friend of mine. From the moment we walked into the store, until today when our installer Doug finished up, it has been a wonderful experience in every aspect. Todd and Shaun were awesome to deal with from the first moment we walked into the store. I cannot find enough words to describe how pleased I am with our installer, Doug. His work ethic is phenomenal for a young man his age, which from my experience is very rare. He clearly cares about everything he does and his work was perfect. He went out of his way to make us happy. He was on time and worked without a breath the whole week he was here. This was the best experience we have ever had with anyone we have hired before for anything....no comparison. Thank you Todd and Shaun and especially Doug, for all you did for us. You're awesome.

    carpeting

    From the time we walked into Diverse Flooring, Amy took us under her wing and showed us the exact carpet and within our price range we wanted. She came up that very day and took measurements and within a couple of days, we had a quote. Arrangements were made to install the following week and we were very impressed by the efficiency of Bill and his partner who got the job done in one day. The carpet looks amazing and we highly recommend Diverse Flooring to anyone looking for excellent quality and efficiency in buying and installing carpeting in their home.     laminate flooring in Livingroom, Bedrooms and hallway

    Shawn was my sales person and was very easy to work with. He did not try to upsell me and worked within my budget. I love the product we chose. Kevin was my installer and i can't say enough good things about him. He is very polite and a PERFECTIONIST with his work, even taking extra care in measuring the baseboards I was going to use and notching out the transition strips so the baseboard would fit with a professional finish. He is a hard worker and very kind. Kevin was at my home for 3 days doing the install and after each day he cleaned up after himself very nicely. I am looking forward to doing the rest of the flooring in my home this year with Diverse and will definitely be requesting Kevin to do the installing.

    Great Customer Service, Great Products

    Amy was our sales rep and she was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive without being pushy. The carpets guys worked really fast, they misunderstood our directions and stripped our bedroom carpet so we had no where to sleep that night but it wasn't a biggie. Diverse wanted us to pay only a portion using our credit card as their merchant fee's are expense for them (it WAS in the fine print but who reads that). That didn't make us very happy as we collect airmiles. However, they DID in the end let us pay the total amount using our cc so we were thrilled. The carpet looks great and we would for sure recommend them!

    Carpet

    We've been gradually redoing our flooring over the last 8 years and have found Diverse flooring to be consistently excellent in their product quality and service. Today we had our largest area of flooring redone and are extremely pleased with the quality of carpet we purchased and with the whole installation process. I wanted to make special note of the fact that on the first day of installation, our sales rep., Denny called to make sure that everything was gong well and that we were pleased with how our installers were working. Todd, one of the owners, called to check on how things were coming along and then he came to carefully inspect the quality of work and the product. He then advised us on how to maintain our warranty and how to care for our carpet. He checked on each aspect along the way of choosing our carpet, purchasing, installation and final satisfaction -- AMAZING! We are confident in not only the quality of our product, but in the response of Diverse Flooring if any concerns should arise in the future.

    New carpets

    Just had diverse flooring put new carpets in our townhouse.From Denny helping us choose the right type to Brian and AJ installing the carpet we couldn't be more happier about a job well done.it is like having a new home and enjoyed the professionalism from start to finish,would have no problem recommending diverse to anyone looking for new flooring.

    Flooring Replacement - Kitchen, bathrooms & main living space

    Shawn did a great job on estimating the cost of our work. He offered great advice and suggestions. He also responded to my many questions and concerns in a very timely manner. His Team of installers (Ziggy for laminate and Sam for vinyl tile) were very friendly, professional and did a great job on the flooring and new baseboard they installed. They often went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, and worked very hard to inconvenience us the least amount feasible. I would definitely recommend Shawn and his Team at Diverse Flooring for your next flooring project.

    Main Floor Replacement

    Working with Shawn and the team at Diverse was a great experience and we would strongly recommend their services to our friends and family for anyone doing a flooring project. All timelines and appointments worked or were communicated if there were any changes. The project was handled very well and our family is very happy with the end product. Even with a small issue we brought following the floor install up was handled within the week and exceeded our expectations.

    Flooring

    Excellent Company Diverse, Very Helpful. Darrell your suggestions were bang on, you really made selecting the flooring easier. We are beyond Happy with it. Sam our installer, felt like working with family. Amazing craftsman! Can't imagine the job without him. The time and skill he took with our floors I had never seen before.
