Exterior waterproofing
We've hired Aquamaster twice for exterior waterproofing services. We have been very satisfied with the work that this team has done and wanted to share our experience:The first time (2 years ago), we chose Aquamaster over other contractors for a number of reasons. Fedor, the owner, was very quick to stop by and gave us a competitive estimate. But what we appreciated most was that he took the time to explain us every process of the job. We asked many questions and he was always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fedor and his team did a great job waterproofing one side of the basement. They also installed a sump pump and back water valve, explained how these two work and also provided us with all the paper work needed to get a rebate from the city. Overall, we were very happy with the work, professionalism and price.When after 2 years we decided to waterproof another side of the basement, we had no reservations in calling Aquamaster. Once again, Fedor was very quick in stopping by. He showed that he remembered us, listened carefully to our concerns, explained very well and answered our many questions. All the team members were fast, professional, polite and super clean. They kept the area organized at all times and cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend the Aquamaster team to anyone in need of waterproofing services. Well done guys!

Exterior Waterproofing
We were very pleased with the work that Aquamaster did on our house. They parged the exterior wall and installed waterproofing and new weeping tile. Everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. They even helped us with a drain problem we were having at no charge. Many thanks to Fedor and the team for making the experience pleasant and stress-free.

Wet Basement is a thing of the past
Spring thaw started early for us this year, and we noticed that our basement was taking on water. We remembered seeing the Aquamaster crew on the street working on a few houses last summer, so we gave them a call. They are extremely professional, careful and skilled at what they do. The job took 2.5 days to complete, exactly what they told us it would take to make it happen. They are very knowledgeable, and can even help to save you some money through municipal rebate programs. Great job guys!

Basement Renovation
First off, what a great experience over-all. Compared to what the guys seem to normally handle, my job seemed like it would be a piece of cake for them, which was to move several stacks and move existing rough ins for a 3 piece washroom. Calling around, they were half the price of competitors and offered the same services - licensed, and with a 25 year warranty on the work. My main contact was Fedor - himself, Alex, and (I am sorry to forget the third name), were all very courteous, professional and punctual. They arrived exactly when they said they would the first day, and Fedor was able to arrive an hour earlier than expected on the second day. It seemed that care was taken to keep non-work areas clean, and although I expected materials to be left over night, Fedor apologized for keeping anything there. As for the job itself, I am not a professional, though I can say that the crew was efficient and had the job done much faster than I had anticipated. Fedor was sure to consult me regarding various issues that came up, and provided alternative solutions to some of our previously discussed plans - this was refreshing considering I have dealt with others who would just make a decision on their own without consultation. Aside from that, everything seemed very straight forward for them, but they stayed late into the evening (close to 8PM) to ensure that all the pipes were connected and we were able to use our water again that evening. We still have further work to be done once our project is further along, but I am confident that everything will go as smoothly as the past couple of days have. Photos to come.

Sump Pump
Great service, responded to my questions immediately, offered an estimate upfront, accommodated my schedule and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would certainly recommend Aquamaster to others. Great job.

Foundation cracks Injection
Aquamaster did a great job filling the cracks in my basement wall. He was on time and professional I would highly recommend them!

Leaky plumbing
We had a leak under our sink. Fedor came and assessed the situation precisely at 9 AM as arranged. Found the problem and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommended.

Basement leak fixing
We contacted a number of companies to give us an estimate to fix the leak we discovered in our basement. Aquamaster gave us confidence immediately. Vasily was polite and professional over the phone. We checked them on home starts and their rating was excellent. When they arrived at our house, further problems were discovered once the wall and the floor were opened, which they immediately brought to our attention with a couple of solutions suggested. While we were not present at the house at the time the work was done, we were confident the job was completed and the problem eliminated. Additionally, our drains were checked with the cameras at no extra cost to us. We were provided with a number of pictures to support the problem and the fix. When we arrived at the house subsequent to repair, we found that all the mess (which I imagine was significant) was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Aquamaster. They were knowledgable, professional and very reasonable in terms of pricing.

Basement leak
The Aquamaster team were called in for a basement leak and arrived within hours to assess the situation. They were professional, diligent and very friendly to work with. They communicated the type of work to be done and made sure we know what is being done to our house. We were completely satisfied with their work and would recommend their service.

Clogged drain
I had a problem with my water leaking in the basement when I used the kitchen sink. I found Aquamaster on the homestars website and someone came to my house within an hour. The technitian expected the drain system and explained to me that my pipes were fully clogged. Technitian replaced needed pipes and I was given a 25 year guarantee. I was fully satisfied with the service, job was done professionally and neatly. Thank you Aquamaster for your service.
