    Basement Lowering

    We hired Aquamaster to underpin our 80 year old basement. It was the biggest and most satisfying project that we did in our house so far. Everything was going smoothly, all city inspections were passed with no problems, crew was easy to work with , on time every single day. I'm very happy with our decision to hire this particular company. Thank you Aquamaster

    Troubleshooting

    Mike did a fine job analyzing the issue and arriving at the same conclusion I had arrived at the day before (brother who is HVAC 20+ years that lives in NB walked me through the trouble shooting so I knew as a fact, what the issue was prior to Mike's arrival). Mike was thorough with the analysis and attentive to educating me on a few steps to be aware when trouble shooting. Based on Mikes service call, Aquamaster is an honest company with integrity.

    replace half of our driveway

    Mike returned our call right away. Started the job next day. Mike and crew worked on it every day till done. Excellent work. Cleaned up after work each day. We happily recommend them

    Basement Waterproofing, Sum Pump

    Three words, as promised, on time on budget. Very good explanation from Fedor about the work, job was fast and the site was left very clean. Will recommend to anyone.

    Waterproofing/drain/plumbing

    We highly recommend Aquamaster for any waterproofing, plumbing and/or drain work. After contacting four waterproofing and drain companies, all of which received high ratings on Homestars, and obtaining three quotes, Aquamaster was an easy choice. Fedor was prompt, courteous, professional and patient. He e-mailed us a detailed and fair quote. Fedor and his team were always punctual, very skillful and never left the work area anything but spotless. During the waterproofing/drain work the shut-off value on our washing machine began dripping. I mentioned this to Fedor, who came on a Saturday, and replaced both the hot and cold valves free of charge. Wonderful experience!

    Waterproofing, sump pump installation, French drain installation

    We engaged Aquamaster to waterproof our home and install a sump pump and could not be happier with their work and customer-oriented service. Upon contacting Aquamaster, Fedor called within 10 minutes and came out the next day to provide an estimate. Work started the day after that. Throughout the project, their team was professional, punctual, clean, and Fedor went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the issues and our options to resolve them. Sadly, it's rare to find good contractors who call you back, show up when they say they will, and respond promptly to emails/texts. Not only did Fedor do this, but he was also flexible to accommodate the needs of our sleeping baby through the day. Few can say that it's a "pleasure" to have to hire a waterproofing company, but our experience with Aquamaster is as close as it gets. If we could give them 12 out of 10 stars, we would!

    Drains

    Our front yard drain clogged and created a back flow. Fidor and his crew replaced an old cast iron breather with 2 pvc pipes. Very professional, lightning fast job response, extremely accomodating and went beyond the call of duty. Price was well within the budget and done in a day. Very satisfied. Will use again and highly recommend to others. A+

    basement waterproofing

    We just had part of our basement waterproofed by Aquamaster and we are very happy with their job. I contacted 5 other companies for estimations before deciding to go with them and I also read all the reviews on their website. I am very glad I went with them because they did everything we asked them to do, they used top quality products, they were superclean at the end of the day, they were very punctual and professional. Fedor explained everything in detail with honesty and professionalism and that made me chose them from all the other companies. I was also very pleased with all their workers because they were very polite, clean, hard working and efficient. They did everything they said they would and beyond. Fedor was very accommodating and went beyond the contract and brought some more soil and gravel to finish landscaping. I just wish they would be doing all kinds of other work outside (landscaping, driveways) and inside because they are simply THE BEST. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Maria Markham

    Waterproofing

    We had some water in the basement of our older home. There was no weeping tile and water was coming in through the floor. Fedor came out to give an estimate and explained the waterproofing process. The work was quite extensive and the team did an excellent job. They were thorough and worked hard through several very long days to get it done. We are pleased with the end result. The basement feels less damp and that wet basement smell is no longer there. I highly recommend Aquamaster.

    Waterproofing

    We noticed a leak in our basement one night and called AquaMaster that evening for assistance. Fedor and his crew came promptly that morning to assess the situation and after we made our choice, they started digging and waterproofing the foundation, all in the middle of winter. They were done within 4 days, and replaced all the soil, patio stones and plants, to their original condition, once they were done. Highly recommended.
