    Plumbing Rough-in

    I had Aquamaster Drain come in the following day after the initial call for a basement kitchen rough-in. Fedor provided a quote, was here the next day, on time, and completed the job in an efficient manner. The professionalism was superb. They were clean, knowledgeable, and fair priced. I would definitely use them for future jobs and recommendations.

    toilet snaking

    My toilet blocked in the evening.I tried to call lots of companies but they even didn't want to come when they heard this is toilet, when I called Aquamaster they come immediatly and snaked it. i'm fully satisfied with the serviced and a technician. Thank You

    foundation crack repair

    I have a 15 year old house and there was a crack in my foundation which never leaked before, until last weekend, when we had quite a bit of rain and that’s when I’ve noticed water in my basement. It is unfinished and I found the leak quickly myself. Aquamaster was one of 3 companies I’ve contacted. Fedor came the same day I called. He was friendly and informative on the estimate, I also liked that he used those plastic shoe covers when entering my house. The job was scheduled for Tuesday and was completed by the end of the day .Crew was professional and what was impressive VERY clean. Thanks you guys and please do the same great job in my parent’s house.

    waterproofing of my house

    I had a wet basement problem. After inviting 5 different companies I made my choice on Aquamaster and never regret. They are strictly professional young people using latest diagnostic equipment. As a structural engineer myself I appreciated their approach to the problems and precise and accurate way to resolve it. In result the waterproofing work around the house was accomplished at time, plus additional drain was installed in the basement. Extremely accurate work. I can easily recommend them. I would like to thank Fedia who was working as a superviser of the whole team.

    waterproofing

    Fedor and his crew were very profesional and efficient. They took the time to explain all our options and with prices. They cleaned everything up afterwards and left it better then when they started. Highly recommended.

    waterproofing

    The crew was very professional and fast, they took care of the job quickly and was very efficient. They use quality materials and good workmanship. I would recommend this crew and company They were neat and fast did all they could the rest the city has to finish.

    Drain Repair

    I looked on Homestars for some plumbers to repair a drain which was unfinished from a roofing job. I called AquaMaster and got Fedor he came over the next day looked at the job, told me what needed to be done and we made arrangements for when he could come back and complete. He came the next day, was informative and did a good job. I already have another project in mind would use them again. Thank you Fedor!

    waterproofing

    After a few rains i noticed that my basement started to leak. I called lots of companies and got lots of prices and advices. But Aquamaster convinced me the most. Though their price was not the lowest but they used other materials than others and the technician gave me all the information about the job I needed. The crew was very friendly. I never saw them sitting. thanx Aquamaster very much.

    Basement Waterproffing

    They did an excellent job waterproofing our basement which had leaked. They worked diligently through extreme temperatures. Followed through with every task from start to finish. A very hard working group of workers who knew what they were doing. Would recommend their services to anyone.

    Drain repair, foundation work and waterproofing

    Fedor arrived soon after I called the office for a quote. Of a few quotes, his was the best. I chose him because he didn't hesitate like others did when I asked him to use certain materials or building practices. He ended up visiting our home at least 3 times, answering questions patiently each time - before I made a deposit to begin work. He arrived on time with his crew of 2 more men. They were polite, cleaned up at the end of each day, and removed all the garbage at the end of the job. We plan to stay in the house for a long time, so we decided to add more scope to the project after work began. Fedor did multiple inspections and presented options with our budget in mind when we encountered problems. He did not pressure us or try to up-sell. He also did not ask for payment until the work was completed. We did have a disagreement near the end of the job. Doing it my way would have added at least 2 days' labour. He came up with a solution that he promised would work. So I waited until a massive rainfall to write this. Fedor was right - it has not leaked. He also promised to come back and fix it my way when I have other work done in that part of the house. Overall we are satisfied.
