After never having carpets before, I had no idea what the heck 'cleaning' them meant... All i knew is I had seen gigantic weird machines in Safeway, etc. before... Anyway... Greg explained everything, did a phenomenal job cleaning our beige carpets back to their original state, got dog urine out, black spots removed, coffee, everything... They look great. Really friendly person too. I would certainly recommend to others.

Greg is a very professional in this field of service. He actually provided you with reasons of any stains and has been very helpful and proactive making sure that his service is up to par. He will give you good advices in making sure that you can maintain the carpet and keep it for a longer time. I will surely recommend his service.

Thanks to the raving reviews I saw online, I decided to go with Greg to have my rental unit carpet professionally cleaned. It had been 6.5 years since I moved in and the light beige carpet already had a few greyish spots back then and with time the high traffic areas had become darker too. Greg managed to get it back to its original state if not better than what it was when I first moved in! I'm very happy I decided to go ahead with this and stumbled upon Greg's name online. The whole process took less than an hour and I was in the unit, reading on my couch - it wasn't noisy, it wasn't smelly - he uses good products. There should be more before and after pictures online to truly show the difference Greg manages to achieve. Highly recommended!

The difference in the carpets before and after being cleaned was incredible. The carpets were in terrible condition, stained and soiled - what seemed beyond repair. I will use 'The One Carpet Cleaning Services' again and can say without reservation - 'Highly Recommended'.

I am a person normally can't be easily satisfied and pleased. But I have to spend some time today to write a story to tell everyone how Greg did such wonderful job for my carpet cleaning. I hired a big professional carpet company who has very professional website and you will think they will provide great services to you. I won't mention who they are at this moment. I booked the appointment 1 day ahead before the landlord come to check my house. They came by and spent 5 minutes to check the carpert and tell me they can not remove the stain mark off my carpet and then left. I asked why they sounds so gauranteed they can do it on the phone and don't even bother to take a look before they come to do the job. Because I was very concerned about the serious stain my kids left on my carpet can not be removed . I brought that to their attention but they said they will provide quality guaranteed work. At that moment when they told me they can not do it I was really mad because I need to return the house to the landlord tI the next day. I end up Google search around to get people come to clean it. Fortunately I found Greg and he came over and helped me clean my carpet romoved 95 percent of the stain mark. There are still 1 stain mark he told me he can not do it but his friend who ran a carpet repair business can do it .I called his friend after he cleaned my carpet, he used special chemical product plus some steam to accelerate the solution . It worked vey well and finally they both clean all the heavy stain and save me a big money to replace the whole carpet I was thinking if they can't clean it. I want to thank Greg not only because he clean my carpet but also he clearly told me what he can do and what he can not plus the effort he made to come on that day to help me. Because normally you need to book the appointment . I am woking for TD CANADA TRUST as a financial advisor . I know how much customer satisfaction meanss to us. My carpets had lots of stains and a decent amount of pee stains too. Greg did a great job on cleaning out the carpet. He was very honest to say how much of stains can or cannot get out etc. Highly would recommend him. The carpets truly looked better than any other time I had them cleaned. (about 3 times previously).

This company is fantastic!! Greg did such an amazing job. Over 1200 Sq ft of heavily soiled 10+ year old cream carpets came out like new! I was at risk of losing a large security/pet deposit because of 2 years of rain with dogs and a very sick dog in the end. My dog had cancer and in the end lost control of bowels and bladder. Heavy black stains, blood and urine throughout house but you would never know when Greg was finished. All of my security/pet deposit was returned! Can't thank you enough Greg! Highly recommend.

Excellent quality in cleaning. Would highly recommend. We are returning customers. After our friends came over they were amazed at how much better the carpet looked and were given contact info.

We have two dogs and two kids and our carpets looked terrible. Greg did a fantastic job of making them look as presentable as as possible. I called him last minute and he accommodated his schedule. When he came he was very efficient and we didn't have to be out of the house for too long. I will definately call Greg in the future for carpet cleaning.

This is my second time using The One Carpet Cleaning. I had some guests coming from out of time on short notice and needed my carpets done quickly. I called Greg on a Tuesday afternoon to see if he could come early Wednesday to do my carpets as I picking up guests Wednesday evening. He advised that he was fully booked Wednesday but could come Thursday morning. I reluctantly accepted as I don't trust other companies that have overcharged and done terrible jobs in past. Greg called me back at around 5:00pm the same day and said that while he was finished for the day, he was going to make a special trip to help me out that evening. He arrived around 6:30pm and voila my carpets were clean and fluffy again. My guests even asked if I had new carpet installed since the last time they visited.
