“The carpet cleaning company i had hired phoned me and cancelled the same day they were supposed to come. I phoned Greg at 1:30 pm. frustrated. I had moved furniture to make the job easier. He decided to accommodate my situation and came at the end of his day. What a trouper! His energy and kindness were a breath of fresh air. AND he did an excellent job. Thank you Greg! You rescued my day yesterday!”

Greg did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was prompt, called to confirm his arrival, was speedy, left my carpets spotless, used environmentally benign products and left no trace of having been there. What more could you ask?

Greg did a fantastic job with our wool carpet. We initially called to remove a blue dye stain from our cream coloured carpet but decided to also have him clean all of the wool carpet in the house. The stain was successfully removed and all of the carpets look great. The cost was very reasonable, and we definitely had a very positive experience with "One Carpet Cleaning".

Needed a last minute clean, called and he came within 30min excellent service and did a good job will be using him again the pricing wasn't to much either thanks

My carpets were in need of a good cleaning, kids and a dog have taken there toll, I was also contemplating hardwood as an option but after reading some very favorable reviews I decided to call The One. I called up Greg for a quote. He seemed quite friendly and knowledgeable, price seemed fair for what he called a more premium service. I've tried some of those cheaper specials but was never really Impressed. This rotovac machine seemed far superior as well. The bottom line is I couldn't believe the difference in my carpets. There were solid discolored paths in the high traffic areas I thought would be minimal difference, he made them disappear. I really couldn't believe even how the stairs turned out. Great guy to deal with, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him to family and friends!

Had my carpets cleaned and again excellent service! You could eat off the carpets. Very personable and took the time to do an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had previously hired a well known company to clean my carpet due to coffee stains. The result was inferior. The technician was unknowledgeable and quite rude. Greg from THE ONE carpet cleaning had amazing results! ALL THE STAINS are gone. We couldn't be more pleased. He was courteous, professional and we will definitely recommend his services to all our friends. The Rotovac cleaner is the only way to go. Greg arrived on time and was extremely friendly. The price that he quoted me on the phone was the price that I paid. My carpets were pretty badly stained (pets and from wearing shoes in the house) and he made them look brand new. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is looking for carpet cleaning services. They look better than when I moved in!

Just bought a condo and had a discoloured and soiled carpet in the bedroom that needed professional care. Greg was able to clean it to its best. It's what I had hoped for. He also took care of a couple of dining room chairs along with it and brought them to life as well. His work matched his reputation.
