Dear sir, just to clarify you supplied the paint. We gave you a credit for supply paint that we do not use. After cutting the painter needed another gallon which you went picked up. The tint was slightly off on the 2nd gallon of paint. We called out our supplier rep thinking there was something wrong with the product. We where then informed that it was not even our suppliers product. We also did offer to have staff come and apply our product for a minimal charge, but you refused to do that. We cannot just have a painter come and fix a problem that was caused by product that was supplied by yourself with quality product that we use for free. ADR Paint Special https://paintspecial.com/

Hello, We are more than willing to come and take care of that free work that you expected to be done. As we mentioned this morning on the phone we are booked 3 weeks in advance. We also mentioned that we can shuffle things around and get a painter there within 7-10 days. apparently that was not satisfactory to you. We are not sure what part of the conversation was rude or not helpful, in fact we tried to shuffle jobs to get it taken care of. We think that was reasonable to yourself and also our other customers considering that the drywall in the 2 closets was not even ready for painting for 5 weeks after the main job was completed. We do not do business that way. We do not charge any money at all until the job is done, we pride ourselves on it. Dear sir apologies for the delay in responding.you were given a quote $3600 to paint the walls and ceilings also 14 doors 8 frames 3 windows frames all the baseboards and the kitchen cupboards you chose to go with the $1400 quote for the walls only price included paint labor and minor repairs you had explained that the realtor was going to pay for the paint and you were going to pay for the labor at the end of the job we submitted an invoice for the 5 gallons of paint that we bought to do the work it was $150.22 You wanted the realtor to pay $400 for the paint Upon completion of the job which you yourself said quality was good, you wanted us to doctor the invoice to reflect $400 worth of paint that the realtor would have to pay. We do not nor would we ever issue false invoices. We do not do business that way. We're sorry for any misunderstanding that you might of thought that the paint was going to be $400 but we cannot predict the cost of product until the job is complete if we were going to paint the walls ceilings doors and frames and baseboard along with the cupboards the paint cost might've been about $400 but once again we cannot predict the cost of paint until the job is complete thank you and I hope this clears up any misunderstanding regards robbie Roberts paintspecial.com ADR Paint Special https://paintspecial.com/
