Brandon was a pleasure to work with from the first email I sent. Moves are stressful, especially when it's from one city to another and both guys (Brandon included) that moved us took the stress right out of it. They showed up on time, even though we hadn't confirmed or spoken for weeks. They had everything they needed and the move went like clockwork with no damage to anything. We even had two destinations, a storage locker and a house and they organized everything perfectly to optimize time and efficiency. Compared to our move before this one, RoadRunners is by far a better company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. The price was less than our prior move as well, even with the extra location!

A really excellent, professional moving company; I called them with only 3 days to spare and they accommodated us next day no problem. The staff were courteous at all times, and took more items than originally planned no questions asked. Also, at our new house they put down protective runner carpets and kept the hardwood floors and near white berber carpets perfectly clean! I highly recommend RoadRunners!

I tried for 3 months to find a good company before finally stumbling on branden and Paul. they were 100 per cent honest, they take pride in their work. any time I had a concern before the move they were always available. I would recommend and use them Agian for any project even if I had to wait if they were busy. thank you Agian for making my move smooth and the apartment looking great. thank you Paul and brenden.

We moved from a 2 bdrm condo to a semi-detached and Brendon and Paul made what is usually a stressful situation into a flawless process. Brendon and Paul were prompt, professional, came very well prepared and to top it off had a great attitude and disposition throughout the entire move. They worked quickly, accommodated our various requests and even managed to put at ease the rest of the family that were on edge. I've moved four times in my life and this was by far the most efficient and smoothest one, I highly recommend RoadRunners and would absolutely use them again.

The Roadrunners crew were great. They showed up on time and were professional and efficient. They handled my belongings well, nothing was damaged. They even helped me put my bed together. Truly excellent. I highly recommend them. Really, really great guys. Worth it at double the price.

I was moving my stuff to storage because of the divorce. Not fun times, that's why I needed someone super reliable. And I didn't regret when I hired RoadRunners. Brendon and his teammate were very professional, fast, and efficient. And also, they were very pleasant and personable. I recommend them 100% and will hire them again for my next move. The move was in Mississauga, on Feb. 7.

I have used RoadRunners twice over the past 2 years and would not hesitate to use this exceptional service again. Brendon and Paul were: remarkably professional (they were careful to place mats on all hardwood floors/carpets); impressively resourceful (they came prepared with wardrobes and toolkits); very careful with all of my fragile materials; and incredibly time-efficient. Most importantly though, Brendon and Paul were extremely pleasant to deal with on what can ordinarily be such a stressful day! In the past, I have urged family and colleagues at work and to use RoadRunners - they have all been tremendously pleased with the high calibre of the service. Without reservation, I recommend this moving service in the strongest possible terms.

Brendon and Paul showed up on time, and hoisted a brand new 36" wide fridge, 33" deep up to my stairless porch with no complaints, then really earned their 10 stars by getting this fridge up to the second floor around a very tight staircase, without a single scratch to my stainless steel, or to my house paint! This job was so difficult, that 2 other moving companies I called previous simply said it could not be done. Btw, these guys wrapped up the fridge with many moving blankets and reassembled the fridge perfectly. These guys are good!

Just wanted to send a quick thank you to you guys for handling my move so professionally...given the somewhat "eccentric" nature of my tenants, I was pleased with the way you all handled yourselves. A+ work and see you guys again soon. Sincerely Justin

To start with, I have to give these movers 10 stars out of ten. In the past year I had to move (unfortunately) twice and both times the service was beyond reproach. The first time the crew was led by Paul, the second time by Branden. On both occasions I had absolutely no reason to complain about anything. All movers were extremely polite and pleasant people, there was no damage to any items, everything was placed in the new apartment exactly as I instructed them. The price was right, and I know for sure that I would have paid much more with other companies. In my case there was a special extra, namely about 140 boxes (each 50 lb) of (mostly) books. Both crews handled the extra load with no problem or a word of complaint. My last move involved taking one-bedroom apartment standard furniture (plus all those boxes) into a third floor with no elevator in the building. In fact, I would not have been too surprised if I were told that this was just too much. However, Branden's crew just commented "piece of cake" and finished the unloading in less than 4 hours, the job I estimated would take the whole day at least. This, I thought, was an Olympic class effort, and I just could not believe the performance of those guys. I should not forget that all promised times and extra services were fulfilled exactly as indicated by Paul and that my last move involved 540 km trip from Toronto to Elliot Lake, ON..There just simply was not even one of those proverbial "flies in the ointment" during the whole process.
