We recently hired RoadRunners for our move from Mississauga to Brampton and they blew me away with their professional services and by how well organized they were and the manner with which the team of four executed the move from the time they arrived to the moment they left. They stay within the budget in fact lower than what they initially estimated and there were absolutely no hidden fees just like they said to me first. I threw in our threadmi which wasn't part of the initial estimate. Yet they didn't charge me extra simply said it's part of their services. I felt heard and not rushed for the whole time and we laughed and enjoyed their company during what is supposed to be a stressful day. Very friendly and professional guys who worked so efficiently and at no time I felt like they were dragging the work like some of my friends warned me abt movers. They were like busy bees. I would highly recommended them to anyone considering for a smooth move.

The team at Raodrunners were excellent at my recent move. The took great Care with every single item (wrapping furniture pieces, blankets and wardrobes for any clothes/ coats that were on hangers They are very professional, friendly and conscientious workers. I highly recommend Roadrunners moving and storage.

If I could give them an 11, I would. Paul and his crews performed 3 moves: they first moved my house into storage for a month the end of July. They then moved my partners belongings to our new home in Gravenhurst the end of August and followed up by moving my belongings three days later. In all cases, they took great care to ensure nothing was damaged. They arrived on time and finished within the time they quoted. In fact on my first move, they completed it ahead of schedule and credited me the hour. If I ever have to move again, and I hope I don't, Roadrunner gets my business. My move from Mount Albert to Gravenhurst went so smoothly. Paul and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Their energy and happy mood lasted throughout the day. We needed to move from Newmarket to London as painlessly as possible. Having a large house(5500+ sq feet) with two kids and both of us working meant we were looking for a highly rated company that knew what they were doing. Brendon and his team were everything we expected and more. They came in the day before the move to prep and pack so that our moving day would be shorter. The day of the move went as smoothly as you could hope for and we had everything in the new house approximately 12 hours after they started packing the trucks. What made this experience great wasn't the moving so much as Brendon and his team and how they make you feel that they are taking care of you and your items. Our kids even liked the movers and that is saying something as they are usually very shy. All this to say if you are looking to have an easy and (relatively :) )relaxing move and you want all of your items to be extremely well looked after by professionals, these are the guys for you.

They showed up on time to move our 4 br home, and each of the 5 man team introduced themselves. They respected our furniture, carefully wrapped every piece, and worked steadily while enjoying their work. They supplied packing blankets, arranged storage and put everything away as compactly as possible...all in 6 hours with a lunch break. From Paul in sales to Brendon and his team, we were very impressed. We couldn't ask for more.

I had a great experience with this company - and I move a lot! The move was done over 2 days, which worked well, because I have a lot of stuff. The moving guys were lovely and very respectful. They were careful and asked where I wanted everything as they came in. When a box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs, they found a solution and hoisted it by rope up to the rooftop deck. I would recommend this company - very professional.

We met with Paul in advance for a quote and the sense of trust we felt -brought us to hiring the company. On moving Day owners, Paul and Brendon along with Branden, Toné, and Viktor arrived happy, energetic and ready to go - RIGHT ON TIME. I honestly don't think words on this page could express our feelings about this move. Seriously - how often could you say that about movers. The entire crew were amazing - their positive attitude, willingness to do whatever is needed and make you feel like nothing you ask of them is too much - went above their call of duty. Not only did they work non-stop (except for a much needed cantaloupe and popsicle break) ... we were able to chat along the way and share stories bout life - these are real people who care about other real people. They are organized, careful, work in a clean and methodical fashion, take all precautions with your belongings and they continuously asked if there was anything else they could do. The day was stress free for us! They spend the day joking around while moving and although they are working so hard and lifting crazy heavy things - they make it all seem effortless. Friends who saw them in action - commented they have never seen anything like it....They even managed a situation at the new home where renovations were still ongoing during the move! Paul's quote was within 15 minutes of the actual time taken. His suggestion to pay a bit more per hour for more people was the right suggestion - he knows his stuff! These movers are so professional and caring and would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company. Although I will post anonymously - I am a real customer and would be remiss in not letting others know this information as I know how difficult it is to know where to put your trust when choosing a mover. Give Paul and Brendon a chance - you won't be disappointed.

Brendon was quick in responding and providing an accurate quote. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive quote that we got but we wanted quality and I'm glad that we chose Brendon and his team. They did not go over the quoted price. The team showed up on time, took great care with our belongings, packaged everything nicely and safely. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Really, everything that you could ask for in a moving company. They made it a stress free move for us! They could improve on cleaning up after the packing (very minor debris from packing left behind) but because we were so happy overall, and the house needed to be swept anyway, that didn't bother us. Brendon was great to deal with. He responded immediately, was flexible with setting a time, arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He asked for a photo of the area beforehand so he'd know what he was dealing with (we needed him to move two appliances over a kitchen island). And he did it all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.
