    Our house was frequently too hot despite running our AC so we brought Aire in to troubleshoot. Aire performed some maintenance on our existing unit and explain the underlying causes of the issues we were experiencing and walked us through several potential solutions. Overall, we had a good experience with Aire and would recommend him.

    We had a fantastic experience with Aire Max (Max) for our AC installation. He was extremely professional, showed up on time, and walked us through every step of the process with patience and clarity. His work was clean, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how fair and reasonable his pricing was compared to other quotes we received. It’s rare to find someone this honest, skilled, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

    AC unit wasn't starting/blowing cold air. Tech came on-site, diagnostic it, figured out the issue & fixed the starter. AC is working well now & will be contacting them for any other future Carrier HVAC work. Prices are reasonable & the tech is extremely knowledgeable.

    Install or replace heating systems: New installation; Gas system
    Max was great. He was professional. Informative. Not salesy in the slightest. His product brands offered are strong. He also somehow he manages to do all of this at a cost moderately below his competitors - since we were not pressed for time on our furnace replacement I was able shop around. I strongly recommend.

    Install or repair water heaters: Replacement; Storage tank
    Reached out to replace our water heater and they promptly responded, and installed a new one over the weekend. The quotes were in line with others, and they were able to address some challenges effectively during the install as well.

    Repair or maintain heating system: No heat
    Great service, would highly recommend! Our furnace didn’t seem to be working. Looking into it, the heat would kick on but the fan wasn’t spinning. Aire Max came out that day, determined that the fan motor was shot, found a replacement and got the furnace working the following day. Thanks again for the help.

    Install or replace gas systems and pipes: Replace old gas lines
    It came as a nasty surprise when an Enbridge contractor who replaced our gas meter turned our gas off (as well as our heat and hot water) with no warning because he noticed a very slow and small leak in the supply line. A big thank you to Max, who came the same afternoon to take a look and returned the next day to fix a leak we weren't even aware of. I highly recommend Aire Max Heating & Cooling - professional, experienced, clean, and fair.
