    Furnace stopped working

    Woke up in the morning to a cold house. Found Aire Max on Homestars and gave them a call. He came over, found the problem (broken pressure switch) and fixed it. The house was warm by lunch time.

    Furnace fixed quickly

    Came home from March break vacation to find that the furnace had stopped working. Max was responsive and came over the same day I called. After quickly identifying the issue he sourced the spare part and had it installed within a couple of hours. Price was very reasonable. We were living in a warm house again by the end of the day. Thank you Max!

    The go to furnace guy

    Furnace broke down on the weekend. Aire Max was punctual, very thorough. Ended up needing a new thermostat, so he installed it and even gave tips for better furnace performance. I would call him again.

    Air Purifier and Humidifier

    Contacted Aire Max and received a prompt response. Max is a good man and very astute in his craft. I will certainly contact Aire Max in the future as needed for Max is now my furnace guy. Thank you Max, George The New Yorker

    Excellent service

    I called Aire Max on March 23 when my furnace stopped working. Max came the same day and fixed our furnace. We are very satisfied with his service and professionalism. I highly recommend Aire Max. Thank you Max!

    Great service!

    Our furnace stopped working overnight. We called Aire Max in the morning based on Homestars reviews, and the problem was fixed before noon. What more can you ask for?! Thanks Aire Max!

    Furance replacement

    Max cane right away when my furnace wasn’t working. He was very fair, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new furnace by the next day. I’d highly recommend Aire Max!

    Boiler Replacement

    A week after moving into our new house our boiler died. While I had thought we were covered by a "plan" that we purchased from a larger company, I found out that there was a 10-day wait period before we'd be eligible for service. So after reading th positive reviews here, I contacted Max and fortunately he was able to respond very promptly. Within a couple of days he was able to replace the old boiler with a new one, finishing the work on the weekend so that my family could return home as quickly as possible. No fee was charged to come by to assess the problem, and the amount charged was very reasonable.

    Central Air Conditioner & Humidifier

    We needed to replace a water cooled unit from the 1960s in our townhouse, and wanted to add a humidifier to our furnace. We had another company quote on the project, over $1.5K more than Aire Max. Max was very responsive and helpful. We live in a condo corp, and he helped us through some of the paperwork. To install, we figured out a date that worked for both of us, and he came and installed with no issues. The price was the same as what he quoted. We have some issues with our drainage that Max gave us some advice on how best to fix it. We're looking forward to a comfortable summer this year! Thank you, Max!

    Gas line installation

    Max is one of the best HVAC technicians that I have ever known. Max has come to my rescue on multiple occasions to repair and replace furnaces and water heater tanks, and every time he has done a fantastic job. The latest job he has done for me was last month when I needed someone to install a gas line for my new gas range. Max always does a well-done job. Thanks Max.
