    AC Repair

    On a very hot and humid Canada Day, 2014, the air compressor failed. Max responded right away and showed up at the house within 3 hours. It took Max less than 5 min to diagnose the problem which was a starter and had the replacement part in his truck. Max was very pleasant, courteous and a pleasure to conduct business with. I highly recommend Max Aire.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    It's 730 pm on July 1st and our A/C is broken. Who would possibly make a service call on Canada Day? I called Aire Max and expected a "no", but Max said he would be here in 1 hour and he was!! Plus, Max fixed the problem! Max was very professional, helpful, efficient, and honest. He surpassed all of our expectations and we are delighted to highly recommend him to others.

    Air Conditioning

    Max came the same day I called, confirmed arrival by 'phone, arrived on time. He knew the brand, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Prompt, professional service and air conditioner works.

    A/C repair

    So, on the hottest day of the year so far, it was a bad time to find out our A/C wasn't working. Tomorrow being a holiday, we figured we would be lucky to find someone to fix it by Wed. or Thurs. at the earliest. I was so relieved that Max could come the very same day (and at 2 p.m., the exact time he said). He quickly found the problem inside the furnace, so nothing we could have figured out on our own. Cooling off now and would definitely call Max again in the future. Yes Max, I bought three new furnace filters as soon as you left. I promise to replace them more often.

    Central A/C Repair

    Turned on my A/C for the first time this year - it was blowing air but the air wasn't cooled. I contacted Direct Energy for a service call since they had installed it. The Direct Energy guy shows up - immediately tells me this type of problem usually is really expensive to fix. He spends 5 minutes looking at it and tells me its going to be at least $1500 if not $2000 to fix it. I tell him that's amazing since its only 6 years old and barely gets used. He says yeah these things are built really cheaply they don't last. So I say Why would I spend $1500-$2000 on repairing something that is that crappy? He tells me testing for the leak is what is so expensive -- at least $800 (seriously this is what he said) then whatever the repairs will cost --probably in the high hundreds. I said yea that doesn't sound like a good investment no thanks. I get online and do some research. FInd Aire Max --give him a call. He came over in a couple of hours -- discussed the problem over the phone first, came over and fixed it really quickly. I'm sitting here in air conditioned comfort writing this review thinking what a bunch of crooks those Direct Energy guys are and really grateful I called Max. Saved me at least $1200 according to Direct Energy LOL! Max was very polite and nice to deal with. He worked very efficiently as well.

    A/C servicing

    Max came by the same day I called. Our air conditioner has not been working good as of late and with the coming hot days of summer did not know whether it can be fixed or need a new AC. Our old A/C needed to be jacked up with freon. Within moments the house was getting cool air again. He pointed out things that can help in the future and with the suggestions he gave I am better prepared as to what need to be purchased in the coming year to have an energy efficient home. I planned on using him again soon when I undertake these changes. Will not hesitate in recommending him to others. Thanks Max!

    AC Troubleshooting

    Max came out to my house within 24 hours to fix our AC which had for some reason died. He did a lot of good troubleshooting and figured out the problem (power issue). He did some good tuning up and walked me through some other considerations I should make with my AC. You can tell he wasn't after racking up a bill. Good guy and I'll have him back.

    Central Air

    Excellent same day service. Max explained the system was low on Puron and just needed to refill. Pressure was not low enough to have leak in system. He also gave me quotes on new central air systems which seemed quite reasonable. I can recommend him for a/c service.

    A/C Repair

    My 12 year old a/c unit wasn't working properly so I called Max and he arrived at my home the same day. He diagnosed the problem as the unit being low in refrigerant so he did the refill and it is working fine now. I was a little surprised at the cost of the older type refrigerant but he said that it costs a lot more than it did a few years ago ( refill cost - $280 now vs $100 just 2 years ago).

    Thanks Dear customer for business and review, if two years ago you paid $100 for refill to some company, I think they are not in this business any more. because they don't know how to run the business and you didn't call them and you call me, these days minimum service call for traveling is $89 and we consider $150 for old refrigerant which is not produce any more and it is expensive so cost for sure is more than $100, any way we appreciate your words and hope in future we can work again with you.

    Furnance and Air Conditioning

    We have a problem with our furnance and air conditioner in the middle of the winter (cold air blowing through the house). Max was super responsive and came as soon as possible. Fixed the issue and we've already called him back to help with another issue. Great experience!
