My experience with Impact Zone was excellent. Courteous and personable staff greeted my initial enquiry over the phone and Kim was exceptional. The furniture was treated with utmost care and respect, the service was professional and efficient and they went out of their way to accomodate the move. I would highly recommend this Company for whatever your move may entail. Thank you so much to Impact Zone.

I have a Staging company and use Impact Zone on all of my moves in and out of my vacant homes that I stage for re-sale. I have worked with them multiple times a month for the last 3 years, and would highly recommend them for any move large or small. I have referred them many times to our clients as they they are always hard working and respectful of all their clients and surroundings.

Kim and Colby were wonderful to work with. They took such care to move everything so carefully and quickly. They were so enjoyable and made the experience fun. They worked hard and I certainly appreciate the extra effort they put forth. Great Job! I have already recommended them to a friend moving in February.

The movers were personable and considerate. They called to let us know that they would be arriving about 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Floor mats were placed on the stairs and hard wood floors, keeping things clean. Delicate furniture was handled with care. A great, stress-free experience!

Kim and Colby were a joy to work with today. They are very professional moving antiques and large, heavy unique pieces of furniture and art work. They protected the new paint job in our home with padding. They even helped us with some design tips! A very "no-stress" day for us. We will happily hire them again to move our condo once it sells.

Impact Zone did an excellent job for us when moving a family member to extended care living. Polite and understanding of the situation and went to a total of 4 locations for pick-ups and drop-offs.

It all started at the front desk. Karina was the gal that got the ball in motion with booking the date and time and was very pleasant to work with. She reassured me that I would be well taken care of - and I was - thank you! Then Kim and Colby pulled it all together for me: 1) friendly and easy to communicate with 2) clean in appearance 3) extremely efficient -packed up all that I have in one load 4) respectful of my furniture and property and at the end of the day everything was on time and on budget (for me) and that took a load off my shoulders. Kim and Colby moved my family this passed weekend and we couldn't be any happier! What a great job!! They had quite the adventure getting our oversized fridge into our small space but managed to slide it through the kitchen window, if you can only imagine! This is the second time that I have witnessed residential moves from Kim and I have recommended him and his team many times and will keep doing so! Their proffesionalism has set the bar high! Kim and Colby did an excellent job of moving furniture from one home to another destination (5 destinations to be exact)! They were prompt, professional, efficient and incredibly neat. They gave excellent advice and went above and beyond what was expected of them. They went out of their way to meet our timeline and were cheerful and pleasant throughout the whole process ... attempting to meet the ever-changing needs of 5 women who kept changing their minds! :) I have since used them for 2 other jobs and have been equally pleased with their work each time. I have recommended them to my Realtor as a firm that could be recommended to others in need of professional movers.
