We had an awesome experience, stress free! Right from the cladding , chimney & stucco repairs to the final painting. The crew members we very friendly competent workers & like dogs ! The whole experience was in a timely manner & the clean up was tidy & efficient. Richard takes great pride in his company which is evident from start to finish. He has great advice & very helpful in color selection & little touches you wouldn't think of. 2 thumbs up !!Answer from pro:

The wood windows on our 36-year old house were in bad shape and in need of care. Instead of replacing our windows, we found Legacy Exteriors who can clad our windows and doors and save us some money. The crew did an excellent job and our windows look as good as new. The only concern was the front door had some paint chipped off while cladding was done and needed to be repainted. To address the concern, Richard offered to refinish the entire door for free! I'm thoroughly satisfied with their commitment to service and quality. We look forward to having Legacy Exteriors renew our stucco in the future.Answer from pro:

The entire outside of our house has been repaired and replaced by Legacy Exteriors. Richard and each of his crews have been so helpful, professional and have gone the extra mile to make our home look so beautiful. The quality of the products and workmanship have been first rate. Our new windows not only look great but they have made such a difference in the efficiency of our home as well. I just love them. The exterior looks fabulous! Complete Exterior Renovation (the works): Michelle and I have been working on her exterior for 3 years now. She must love our work because she calls me back at the beginning of every year for something new to do. We finally finished her home this year, there's nothing left for me to do. Legacy repaired all cracks and loose stucco prior to painting. House was restored to new condition. We are extremely happy with the workmanship, professionalism and the end result.Answer from pro:
Stucco Painting / Stucco Repair / Stone Work: Ed was what I classified as a non-believer. He was very hesitant to move on with me at the beginning, and to be honest, my presentations are over whelming for new clients sometimes. However, after getting several other estimates I convinced Ed to hire me instead of the competition (which were all lower priced btw). My crews did an outstanding job on Ed & Bev's house. Their house looks outstanding, and IMO the best looking house in their neighborhood. Not only are the colors they picked (with my help) beautiful, but you could take a baseball bat to their stucco, and it will not chip, peal, or flake off. Thank-you so much for believing in me guys, I truly appreciate your business!

Legacy exteriors,Richard truly showed his excitement for this type of restoration.Day 1 we were out checking out several of his success stories. Stucco Coating / Stucco Repair: I remember meeting Doug 10 years ago while door knocking. I asked him if I could repair sections of stucco which were clearly in need of attention. I finally got to repair and refinish his stucco this year, and WOW, what a difference! The house looks brand new, and I have no doubt it is the best looking home in the Shawnee area.
