    Great Job on our window cladding and house repaint

    Our home looks fantastic after Legacy Exteriors did a great job cladding the windows and repainting the exterior. The workers were friendly and incredibly conscientious. I was very impressed with the amount of work they put into preparation and clean up at the end of the job.

    Stucco painting exterior

    Very pleased with product applied to exterior. Excellent work ethic by Alberto and Ever, the crew that did the work. Looks great. Feels great. 10 year guarantee promised by Legacy Exteriors.

    exterior - stucco repair and painting

    We've been in our home since it was built in 1993. Lots of interior renovations and upgrade but the original stucco exterior had never been touched so it was dated and showing signs of wear and tear of 25 years of Calgary's climate and erratic weather. Richard/Legacy showed up at our door a couple of weeks ago with his professional sales pitch, complete with pictures of existing minor damage to the stucco that we knew needed our attention so the timing, actually, couldn't have been better. Richard laid out the plan complete with the timing, the materials, his personnel, the cost and his/Legacy's guarantee that project was going to proceed "like clock work". We negotiated and signed a contract at the initial meeting. The project went smoothly, seamlessly, and efficiently and was completed in 10 day timeline set out. What was so impressive was that Legacy actually under promised and over delivered! In our community we have recently seen the work of other exterior stucco/painting contractors and the work by Legacy is noticeably superior and quite remarkable. We are totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and Legacy Exteriors to anyone looking to beautify their home! Our neighbors have taken notice of our "new" home.

There have been ALOT of stucco houses painted in that West Hills area, and you are absolutely right, there is alot of poor workmanship in your neighborhood. I'm so happy customers like you see the difference in quality after going through one of our renovations first hand. On average most companies will use between 35 - 45 gallons of paint on a home like yours. We will usually use between 95 - 105 gallons to ensure longevity, color, and durability of our product. That is why, even to the untrained eye, our houses look brighter and richer then our competitors. Thank-you again for in-trusting us with your home renovation.

    window cladding and stucco painting

    We contacted Legacy to clad the windows and paint the stucco,wood batons,sofits ,fascia and eavestroughs.We now have a new house that can compete with the brand new builds in the adjacent development. Richard promised to deliver a first class result and he and his teams did that.His cladding and stucco crews were first rate,professional,polite and accommodating.Their work ethic was outstanding and the result excellent.For the amount and quality of the work carried out the entire project was completed at a very reasonable cost.I would not hesitate in recommending LEGACY EXTERIORS to potential customers.

    Stucco repair and painting

    Legacy did a great job painting our very large house. The team that painted our house had pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Richard can be a little pushy as a salesman, but don't let that put you off. He is rightfully proud of his crews and is determined to keep them busy. We had a small problem with some light fixtures not reinstalled properly, but within hours of letting him know, he sent his handyman to fix the them.

    From start to finish, it was a professional job. The crew working on our home took pride in their work and the results showed...our home looks great. Legacy Exteriors delivers!

    Window Cladding and House Painting

    Richard approached us as a cold call primarily about recladding our weather-beaten wooden framed windows with aluminum cladding. Richard assured us that his team was exceptional and guaranteed us that we would be extremely satisfied. We also agreed to include painting of the entire house including doors. The window cladding went extremely well. Amilcar is a true craftsman who did an exceptional job on the windows. He was very meticulous and precise with his work including the final fit-up and sealing. I can't say enough good things about his work and the windows look excellent. The house painting went well although we were initially disappointed with some of the work done by Jose, specifically him not sanding some exposed wood frames as promised and some sloppy work on caulking/sealing many joints. Jose tried to explain his way out of the rework but Richard (to his credit) ensured that these details were redone to our satisfaction. At the end, the quality of work is excellent and we received many compliments on the great appearance of the house. Richard stood behind his work and we highly recommend his services.

    Stucco repair and painting

    I am very satisfied with Legacy Exteriors. They did a great job repairing my stucco and painting it. They also recommended someone to do stonework on our garage which looks great. The result looks excellent and exceeded my expectations. The only negative was that the start date was over a month behind schedule.

    Tired paint & stucco now looks like new!

    We had our home painted 9 years ago by another company after substantial exterior renovations, unfortunately a year later and after some hail the paint job looked awful :( 9 years on we are renovating and had a window re positioned along with the existing windows replaced so we knew that the exterior would need attention. Richard called one evening and it went from there... Raphael repaired all of the stucco issues and did an amazing job at matching the new stucco to the existing and made sure all areas of the house were checked and all cracks were repaired. Once the stucco had been done we had Alberto and crew to start prepping the house for painting . Work started on the Monday and was completed by Thursday late morning, the guys power washed to whole exterior then removed all the downspouts and covered the windows /eaves to prevent paint over spray. The attention to detail on the painting was immaculate, no drips, all edges were neat and all of the stucco whichever way you looked at it was coated with the paint. The guys were awesome and left our home surroundings clean and tidy once done! Would we recommend using them? If you can work with Richard’s abrasive, aggressive approach, Yes – the repaired stucco blends in well and the paint work is an excellent finish.

    Cladding and Stucco Painting

    I had cladding put on my two exterior doors and my garage door opening. The work was exceptional. I also had my stucco repainted with Elastomeric and my two exterior doors painted. Legacy did a fabulous job on the stucco. There was no overspray and they took all the eavestroughing off before painting so my house now looks brand new. They definitely know what they're doing and excell at what they do. I would recommend them without hesitation.
