    Appliance Repair

    On time, diagnosed problem quickly, had parts on hand and repaired the appliance in an hour. Clean machine and work space when done. Very good job.

    Washing machine

    There was a leak from the 4 year old washer ( front loading) door and I couldn’t tell what was causing it. The gentleman who came to the house diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me what was probably causing the problem ( a build up of calcium, hair and other debris on the underside of the door) showed me how to keep the area clean and free from debris easily and charged me nothing. He was very pleasant and did not make me feel stupid for not being able to figure that out on my own. I will call this company again if I need any kind of repair.

    Clothes washing machine

    Service man showed up on time. Gave friendly and knowledgeable advice with no pressure. Also gave some different examples of scenarios.

    Bosch dishwasher repair

    This is the third time for three different appliance repairs and again as usual fast friendly professional service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Terry and his crew to everyone. Cam Fontaine

    Resurrected ancient microwave and hooked up dryer.

    Louis first hooked up my new dryer. Was most anxious to keep my old built in microwave which seemed a very remote possibility. Louis first figured out the problem; then diligently researched the parts that he thought might resolve that problem. Today he came back with those parts and the microwave is once again working. From beginning to end the service was exceptional. Fixing things in this finite world the way to go.

    whirlpool dryer

    I booked appointment on line. Recurved shedding call about 1 hr later. Louis called to confirm his arrival time. He arrived on time and had potential replacement part. He quickly dismantled the dryer. Found the belt was off of pulpy. He showed me and gave a thorough explanation. He repaired the dryer using the existing belt and did not use or charge for the new one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Louis and the Appliance Service Center. I will most definitely use them in the future!!

    LG Electric Dryer Repair

    Louis arrived exactly within the time frame that was stated in the email I received the day before my appointment. One of the tumbler vanes inside the dryer drum had loosened, and was rattling around, and catching clothing. Louis went out to his van to get a screwdriver, had the cover off in a minute, and the vane tightened down in less than five minutes! He is a rarity of politeness, efficiency and expertise! He charged me the minimum for a service call - well worth it, since reportedly, LG techs are the only ones authorized to service their appliances, and charge an arm and a leg to do so.     Dishwasher repair

    Appointments were kept, both times the repairman arrived during the estimated window. Estimated cost came in below what I was expecting. Repairman was friendly, quick, and helpful for advice on related matters such as contacting insurer. Final cost was slightly below estimate. Excellent experience overall!

    I'm blown away!

    The technician called (well ahead, btw) to say he would be late. That was going to be a problem as I had to go to work, so I suggested we reschedule. Instead, Louis spent 5 minutes on the phone with me, walked me through a couple of steps, and bingo, all is working fine! I'm blown away. He may have cost his company money today, but you'd better believe they will have all my appliance repair business going forward!

    Washing machine would not spin dry

    I am a ISO 9001 consultant with 30 years experience teaching organizations to control processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Based on my first-time experience with Appliance Service Centre I could not improve on a single thing. It is refreshing to deal with a competent, efficient and fair service organization. Thank you
