    broken Fridge

    Hi, we had a recurring issue with the ice maker in our fridge. We called ASC & Louis came out. He replaced the ice maker but unfortunately that didn't solve the issue. Terry came out today and determined that there was a refrigerant leak that was the cause of the issue. As the fridge is 17 years old, Terry suggested replacing rather than trying to spend a lot of money to fix. He also recommended a store and salesperson who was very helpful. Also refunded the money we had spent on the earlier repair, aside from the original service call. We were happy with his service & honesty!

    Dryer Repair

    Dryer died! Called Appliance Services at 9:00 am. An appointment was set up and the job was completed by 11:30. Terry the technician was very professional. He cleaned everything before pushing the dryer back against the wall. Also, very impressed with the modern technology. Statement and receipt was sent immediately to my e-mail. Thanks again!

    Sevice

    Our service tech not only fixed our appliance but gave us much needed advice on some of our operating problems on with other appliances. He totally wanted to help. We were very happy with the service.

    Dryer repair

    The appointment went very well. Terry was on time and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. We have used Appliance Service Centre for many years and have been very satisfied with their service.

    Gas oven stopped working

    Terry called me very soon after I Left my message - even though it was after office hours! Thank you Terry! Louis came to our home the next day - super knowledgeable, and a really nice person ! Got the oven up and running once the igniter was replaced ! All around fantastic service! Thank you!

    Refrigeration repair.

    Servcieman arrived right on time, found the problem immediately and in no time at all, completed the repair. Shakeel was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful, good to know where to call again if the need arises and will certainly recommend him to anyone in my condo complex. Thanks for the great service.

    Whirlpool Front Load Washer

    The good things about Appliance Service, 1. Service was prompt. I called and they scheduled an appointment the next morning 2. Arrived within the two hour frame as promised 3. Did not charge before the service, unlike another company I called 4. Technician, Terry was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me on the phone. (I was not on site when the service was done) 5. Price was very affordable. (which tells me the company is very honest in their dealings)

    Gas Oven Repair

    My oven had not been heating up to the temperature indicated - always 50 degrees lower. Tech came and said it was the ignitor that needed replacing. I questioned why that would be the problem and thought it must something like a heat sensor, or something. I shouldn't have questioned the expert - he replaced the ignitor and problem fixed!! A few hours after he left I turned the oven on and there was a bad gas smell. Scared me so I turned the oven off, called the company, and the tech returned the next morning. Murphy's Law - no smell when he turned the oven on! However, I appreciate that they returned so promptly and he insisted I call back if I encountered the problem again. Great company to work with.
