    My dishwasher was locked and despite trying everything, I could not unlock.

    Louis G arrived promptly on time. He was very thorough. Although it only required the circuit breaker to be turned off for 30 seconds and then turned on again, it put my mind at ease. I was prepared to go and get a new dishwasher Louis also put back a molding for the door that had fallen out at some point. They only charged me the amount for the service call. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

    Fridge repair

    The repairmen diagnosed the problem and fixed it in very short order. They were very professional and efficient.

    Built-In Frdge freezer repair

    My kichenAid side by side built in fridge freezer combo (16 years) suddenly stopped operating. Appliance Centre came same day and repairs began on the following day. Unfortunately, after discovering numerous leaks, and several attempts at repair, the unit was not salvageable. Terry and staff were always prompt, explained the various issues in laymen's terms as well as the risks of failure. A heroic effort on their part. I recommend them without reservation. Many Thanks Terry and Louis.

    Dishwasher Won't Drain

    My Frigidair dishwasher will not drain......The service technician was on time, friendly and answered all my questions. He checked the dishwasher and found nothing apparent he asked what kind of dishwasher detergent was being used I showed him the "CASCADE" liquid with DAWN (dish detergent) and he said that was the cause. GUESS WHAT this morning after the dishwasher ran it was still full of water. Yup now hang around for another service call tomorrow, not happy

    It is true that sometimes repairs don't go perfectly as planned and in these cases we need to return to reassess. You called in to let us know this problem was still occurring and we offered to have the technician return the next day. Your response was that we have the worst service and that this was ridiculous. We offered to refund you the minimum charge service call that you had paid. Your response was that again that this was ridiculous. I'm sorry things didn't go perfectly for you but I do feel we have been very fair and provided the best level of service possible.

    Frig repair

    Old frig and repairman costed out the parts making 3 calls to be sure about the cost of one expensive part. Gave me all sorts of information and when I decided to buy a new one he had recommendations. Excellent They're my trusted source for all appliance repairs.

    laundry dryer

    looked at engine and quoted on repair decided to wait awhile before proceeding, was satisfied with explanation and will look forward to using Appliance Service again

    Washer Leakage

    The guy was really knowledgeable and figure out the problem instantly. He fixed the washer in less than 30 minutes. Great Job done by him. We will definitely recoomend them to others.

    Broken ice maker and oven panel

    I booked an appointment online. Louis, the repair person, phoned me the day of the appointment to let me know that he can come by early. He was professional and fixed the ice maker on the spot as he had the replacement part in his van. He diagnosed the oven panel issue and gave me the estimate for the part and labor. He also suggested that I contact Kitchenaid to see if the part could be covered under warranty. And it was. Fortunately, I was able to fix the oven myself. Great company to deal with. I even spoke to Terry (owner) and he was very nice over the phone. I highly recommend this company.

    Dishwasher servicing

    We were very pleased with the quick response and efficient, effective service that we received for our dishwasher. The company responded within 24 hours of booking a servicing online to set up a date and time. The tech diagnosed the problem and serviced the machine quickly, taking the time to talk to us about ways to maintain it properly. We would gladly recommend the Appliance Service Centre.
