    Front loading automatic washer

    As a salon business we are always doing laundry, there ability to understand the situation and solve the problem with same day service was incredible. Fast efficient friendly service. What else can you ask for.

    Refrigerator

    My technician was extremely knowledgeable efficient and pleasant. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

    Washing machine leak

    Inspected athe washing machine for an internal link nd provided input on where the leak was and how to fix.

    Appliance repair

    Very happy to have hired Appliance Service Centre. My fridge wasn't cooling. They were on time and and worked efficiently. The assessment of my fridge was thorough and the problem was explained well to me. In our case, the fridge was out of warranty, and while they could have fixed the problem, the cost would have been more than buying a new one. They were honest enough to tell ne that up front, instead of doing the work and charging me an arm and a leg, and recommended it wouldn't be worth it for me. I feel like they were little looking out for me, and not just in it to squeeze money out of me for unnecessary work. I definitely trust them enough to hire them again and easily recommend them to others.

    Washer repair

    Initial call led to return visit to repair the washer. On the second call I was told that that not as much work was required. The charge was half what I anticipated. And both (2 people discussed the problem) technicians were polite and concerned about the best service.

    Repair of a Whirlpool in-wall oven.

    Excellent service. Booked an appointment via e-mail Thursday evening. Confirmed the same day, tech arrived at promised time Friday morning. Trouble shooting was quick and efficient; 1 of the 2 thermal fuses in the unit had failed. As agreed, he returned Monday morning, installed the required part and ensured operation of the oven. I paid via credit card; receipt and work order were received via e-mail within a few minutes. Total cost shown below included 2 house calls and the required fuse. Work under warranty for 1 year; surprisingly this warranty included the fuse.

    Dishwasher

    Dishwasher ( only 18 months old ) wasn't draining . Service person came over diagnosed the problem , ordered part and arrived 5 days later to install . Works fine now .

    Diagnose problem and fix fridgedaire wall oven

    Oven was not holding heat. Suspected that the lower element was not working. Technician fixed problem by replacing it. Appliance Service Centre was very accommodating and efficient in sending someone out. He came twice. First visit he diagnosed problem and second he fixed it. Was very kind, and polite.
