    Washing machine repair

    I loved the online confirmation email and link, and that I was given the technician's name so I knew who to expect at the door. Terry was even a bit early, but waited in his van until exactly 2:00 before he rang the doorbell. He figured out the issue within minutes, and had the part needed. 25 minutes from start to finish, and for a reasonable price as well. The service overall from phone call to invoice was prompt, friendly, efficient and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appliance Service Centre to my friends.

    Excellent service under difficult circumstances

    Ours was a simple request to replace the control panel on a Samsung range. The reviewed company did the absolute best under very challenging circumstances. The problem was that Samsung had sent us the wrong part or the wrong part was ordered. Trying to connect with Samsung Service people is near impossible. But, eventually after my wife made many phone calls to them, the correct part finally arrived and was expertly installed today.

    Oven Repair

    Needed the floor of my oven replaced. They were able to get the part and do the repair quickly. This a great company providing great service at a great price!

    Dishwaher repair

    I was very pleased with the setting up of the appointment and with the repair done by Terry. All was done promptly and professionally. I would use this company again.

    Dishwasher service

    We regularly use ASC for appliance service needs at our restoration business. They are always well organised, professional and knowledgeable. When there is an issue with a client's appliance or we need an assessment for water or smoke damage, ASC is reliable, efficient and gives me the honest answers I need to get my job done.

    Great service yet again from ASC

    Our dishwasher stopped working but ASC were able to promptly come and assess the problem (new motor required) and scheduled the install for the next day. Efficient and prompt service - I would highly recommend them.

    Fixed my Samsung Dishwasher

    I was having issues with my Samsung washing machine so I reached out to the Appliance Service Center. They were able to send a technician over the same week to do an analysis of what the problem was. Took him less then 30 minutes to figure it out. He then provided me a cost estimate to order parts and do the work. Showed up a couple days later and had the washing machine fixed and is now working great.

    Dishwasher

    Good booking via email confirmation. Journeyman, (Lewis ) showed on time. Polite and professional. Ingenious troubleshooting techniques! Clear communication around his findings allowed us to make suitable decisions about repair or replace. Will definitely keep the business magnet upon the fridge.

    Maytag Gemini Glasstop Stove

    Self diagnosed a burnout stove top element. Terry showed up at the promised time with a new part, telling me that if I had incorrectly diagnosed, he would return the part ... I guessed correctly and he had the new part installed in 20 minutes. Quickly paid by credit card and job done like dinner, fast efficient, and affordable. Spent the next few minutes discussing a proposed kitchen renovation with Terry and he gave us valuable advice on things to consider when purchasing new appliances, much of which we never would have considered, but certainly will now. These guys are good and will be sure to let our friends know who to call in the future.

    Samsung Washing Machine Repair

    I had Terry do my repair and he went above and beyond. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and very informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this company as I was provided great service and a reasonable rate
