We have floor to ceiling windows in a south facing condo. Viggo and Irene helped us with choosing the right sheers and semi blackout curtains for our living room. We cannot say better things about their service, expertise, availability to answer our many questions and providing us with advice that was both valuable, cost effective and very useful. Now that we do have these beautiful curtains, we enjoy and revel in them every day. We contacted a number of other companies before reaching them and were immediately impressed by the style of the rod, the curtains themselves, the great and competitive pricing as well as their service. It is my pleasure to have EkoCouture to dress up my windows of 12 foot in height. This project is very challenging because the width of the windows is 3.5 meters on a single track plus it is 12 foot in height which adds additional difficulties during the installation but EkoCouture exceeds my expectation with the customer service and quality of the drape. Viggo has a lot experiences with drapes and the installation is flawless. You will not regret to work with Irene and Viggo because they really help their customers to choose window solutions that work best for them. My girlfriend and I both love the way that Irene and Viggo carry their business because you can tell they love what they do and they deliver! After moving in to a new condo this summer I was dire need of some blackout drapes for my bedroom. Irene and Viggo were incredibly helpful in helping me pick out the right drapes and the installation was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend EkoCouture!

As others have already noted multiple times at this site, the service with EkoCouture is top-notch, as well as speedy, and stands up to price comparisons very favourably. But what I especially appreciated was the attention to detail that accompanied the taking of measurements. Viggo made the trip back to my flat a second time in order to satisfy himself that some supplementary room darkening panels for the bedrooms requested after the first visit would work out based on the initial measurements. He did this at his insistence when I would have been content to simply go with the first set of measurements. He is also very customer-focussed because he encouraged me to wait and see how the sheer ripplefold panels would look in the livingroom when I wanted to order double fullness out of a concern for privacy. I was ready to spend the money but his reassurance that single fullness would be more than adequate saved my quite of bit of cash... and he was spot on in his assessment of the privacy concerns; the single fullness worked out very well indeed. I am most pleased with my new draperies and very grateful for the excellent workmanship and attention to detail that they represent.

We are in the process of settling into our new home in the Danforth community; the house has gone through much in the way of renovation! Our designer, Peter Brooks, connected us with Irene at EkoCouture. I emailed Irene and within a couple of days, Viggo was at my home with fabric samples and measuring tape in hand. Viggo took precise measurements of the windows in need of treatment and explained the whole process to me - from the choosing of the fabric for the sheers to the installation process. Irene had an estimate to me within a few hours of Viggo's visit. I gave the go-ahead for the sheers - beautiful white ripplefold - the next morning and again - within what felt like minutes - I had an installation date and time in hand. Irene and Viggo both answered all of my questions and concerns...no question or concern was too small. The installation of my drapes took less than an hour; Viggo knows what he's doing and does so with ease. I am thrilled with the simple elegance of my sheers and the ripplefold drape falls in clean lines giving my living space an open and airy feel. From beginning to end, Irene and Viggo were an absolute delight to work with. I should also mention that aside from having a stunning window treatment in my Living/Dining room space ..... the cost was amazing. Who would have thought that such a lovely custom look could be so very affordable. Thank you - Irene and Viggo - I am so very happy....absolutely thrilled!! What an easy and amazing experience!
