Just like everyone out there trying to upgrade their home, we decided to update the living room flooring from old dirty carpet to nice low maintenance Laminate. Thinking we could do it ourselves as DIY folks. Well like all great projects, we failed to estimate the cost of the tools to do the project and our lack of expertise. In desperation, after installing the underlay, we realized we could not do the job. I was extremely luck in finding Rudy from Delightflooring. He was able to response to my email within 30 minutes and was available to start the next day on installation of our living room floor. His service is exceptional and perhaps one of the best floor installers in Canada. He worked without breaks and hard installing the floor. It came out extremely beautiful. He brought amazing tools to do the job and did the job without error on first time cuts. He tackled difficult corners and was able to make the installation seamless. Would I recommend this installer to anyone. YES YES YES. He deserves an award for being the most conscious, clean and precise installer in the construction business. We need more like him with this kind of skill and customer service.

We are so pleased with our new floors and staircase! The team removed carpet from two rooms, staircase & landing and replaced it all with beautiful hardwood. During our initial consultation, we were provided with several options on what would work best in the space, and a very reasonable quote. Rudy & his team are professional in every way - punctual, detail oriented and are truly experts in what they do. We will definitely call Delight Flooring for our next job - thanks again Rudy!

Great work by Rudy and his team. Laid down approximately 300sq ft of laminate in a couple hours. Fantastic product and perfect installation, I'll gladly use Delight again for any flooring needs.

Having been previously quoted two other times from other contractors, not only was Delight Flooring the most reasonable, they were also the most helpful. We had a quote within 30 mins, and were given lots of options on what type of hardwood/laminate we should install. They were on time, great at communicating, and used to dealing with condo's (a bonus for those with strict riles to adhere to). I would 100% recommend Delight Flooring to anyone as they did an amazing job!

Finding the right flooring can be stressful and expensive. And finding the right installer could be the same. With so many incapable installers out there, you just never know who to trust. Rudy was professional and prompt from the start. They showed up when promised and started working without delay. They nailed and used adhesive where necessary. I am very impressed with their skill and attention to detail and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Delight Flooring and I look forward to my second floor hardwood installation.

The team from Delight flooring were amazing!!. They removed our staircase and upstairs carpet and did a fantastic job of installing our new hardwood as well as cleaning up and disposing of our old carpets. The job was completed extremely quickly and everything exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend them highly enough

Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very clear communication and prompt response throughout the process between Rudy and I. The install crew (Sam and "Monsiour" Ali) are hard working, super nice and very flexible. The job was in our new condo and on the last day, the service elevator went out. The crew did a great job cleaning up and disposing of my old baseboards/carpet with the limited elevator access. My new flooring looks great. Great job guys.

Rudy and his team installed our living room with hardwood flooring. They provided competitive quote, did a great job and provided excellent customer service. We are very pleased with the work that they have done and highly recommend them.

Great experience, workers were reliable, constant open communication regarding progress of the jobs. Fair market pricing I always get multiple quotes for projects so I know the pricing was competitive. Pleasant to work with and accommodating. Quick to return calls and e-mails. Will have Rudy back to install another job later this year in 2014.
