I highly reccomend this company. It is the first time I am dealing with a serious contractor. They did a highly qualify job, in time and professional. They are providing very good prices.

Dimitri responded to my call immediately and was able to come the same evening to provide a quote. he even came back another time to discuss before the job and then showed up after to make sure everything was ok. There was a slight issue and he had it fixed the next day, very impressive. To get this level of service for such a small job was amazing! He is a pleasure to deal with. In addition his pricing and quality was top notch. Thanks

I wanted to replace my bedroom window (with one that I could actually clean) and install a storm door on my basement walkout. I also wanted to replace a very old door leading to my second floor balcony. I called Visage and Dimitry was able to come out the next day. He recommended a sliding door for the second floor balcony. An excellent suggestion! Dimitry was able to work with my schedule to plan the installation, which was done in a single day. The installers were even able to salvage two century-old windows! I'm very happy with the results. A huge thank you to Dimitry, Alex, and the team at Visage!

Dimitry and his crew visited our home twice to provide a quote and take measurements. Even though I made last minute changes to the work order they accommodated me. The crew worked hard all day in the heat and the results are great.

I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to write one for Visage Windows for their excellent service. We have a 14 year old builder built home with wooden framed windows that we started to see the condition of the wood get worse with the passing of each year. I checked several places, including with some big box window replacement companies, and got quotes that seemed way over the top. After doing some research online, I called Visage Windows and setup an appointment. I was very impressed with Dimitry, he was sincere, knowledgeable, and had strong work ethic which was admirable. Dimitry answered all my questions and provided a cost effective solution that also looked very elegant and classy. We opted to install all 28 windows and wrapped the frames which saved me a ton of money. The entire process took just 2 days and was done by a very professional crew and no wood splinters, nails or debris were left behind inside or outside (something you appreciate when you have 2 young kids running around the house). Overall , I was quite impressed with their service and have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors and family.

We wanted to replace all the old windows and the patio door in our house and after dooing some research and receiving multiple quotes we found a company called Visage. We called Visage after reading their reviews online and we are very happy we did. Eugene was great: explained everything in details, took the measurements and gave as a great price. We set the deal in motion and 4 weeks later (on May 25/2012) Alex and his assistant showed up at our house with the 10 new windows and a patio door. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an amazing job!!!! They finished all the installation, cleaned up everything and were gone the same day. We love our new windows and door, great job. We would recommend Visage to everybody.

Had windows and doors replaced at the end of May 2012 and I am extremely happy with the products and service provided by Eugene and staff. The 2-man crew finished the job in one day, kept debris to a minimum, and the finishing touches on the new windows and doors look awesome! Most importantly, the cost was lower than other vendors. I would definitely recommend calling Eugene if replacing windows and doors from this Company.

WOW! I called Dimitry after reading the reviews on this site and am SO glad I did. He came around the same evening to go through everything with my wife and myself and was honest and informative. I am a recruiter by trade and so think I am pretty good at reading people, I liked Dimitry immediately and we agreed there and then to go with Visage despite the fact this was the first quote we had received. That is something I NEVER do, we got 8 quotes when re-doing our roof a few years ago (similar project financially) and I am a huge believer in doing my due diligence. We liked the product, the PRICE was exceptional and Dimitry told us Alex the installer was top notch. 3 weeks later they delivered. installation took 2 days and Alex did a first class job, everything looks fantastic and we are happy we upgraded the windows at the front of the house to Triple -Glazed to further reduce the noise from a nearby busy street. We have had 3 nights of blissful sleep since the work was done. In summary: Great Price, Quality Product, Expert Installation.

I didn't know how happy we were with our new windows until this Spring when we could start opening them with the warm weather!! What a difference!! Thank you to Dimitri for being so attentive to our needs and being on-site so often during the installation. Follow-up has also been excellent. I should say that we had retro-fit windows installed instead of brick-to-brick. What a good decision. Aside from the initial savings, it meant we didn't have to replace inside trim or coverings. Perhaps the installers could have been a bit more careful about clean-up, but the excellence of the caulking job more than made up for the little bit of vacuuming we had to do. We are very happy and will call Dimitri when we do the rest of the windows. Thanks Dimitri!!
