I ordered my new door to be replaced by Visage (Andy). The service I got was excellent. Andy gave me the best price from all companies I got quotes. From the day of my order to the actual installation was 15 days. The guys came in the morning, took down my old door and most importantly they didn't damage my stucco. They were very professional. The company boasts probably the best sales manager and crews in GTA. First we received a call from telemarketing department and set up an appointment with Andy. He was very attentive and did his best to meet our budget. After 2 hours of talks and visit to the factory he won the contract. Their installer came the next day to double-check. After 3 weeks the date of installation was agreed. The guys came earlier than expected with everything in their truck. After 7 pm they still continued working. Everything was finished during one day. Our windows were replaced in October 2016. Dimitry provided an exceptional service starting from the initial assessment, documentation to support tests conducted on the windows. Installers were professional, knowledgeable and tidy. I would recommend Dimitry without hesitation.Answer from pro:

Used visage 5 years ago to replace the front windows in my house. What an amazing experience with eugene and co. Now under dimitri, i had the worst experience with a trade company. 5 window job, meant to be complete in 4 weeks took 11 weeks to complete, characterised by zero communication and 3 different install dates that had incorrect windows installed and delivered twice. Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt use again. Such a shame as i had referred a few people in the last few years.Answer from pro:

We had our windows done last summer (2014) and in less than 1 year one of the windows does not close properly. Normally that would not be a big issue since the workmanship has a 25 year warranty, but Dimitry refuses to call us back. We have been calling the office for months every week or so and no one is calling us back. If anyone at Visage reads this comment, please go through your voice mail and call back the customers who have left you voice mails asking you to honor your warranty which is clearly printed on the back of our bill which has been paid in full. If you have not deleted your messages, we expect to hear back from you soon.Answer from pro:

This company is great as long as all you want are the windows or doors. We have an issue with one of the windows installed and getting a hold of the company is a large task in itself. The company replies on a voicemail service to filter through calls. If you call asking for a quote or are a new customer, you can expect a quick reply. If you call inquiring about a fix to an existing install, don't expect to hear back from them. A friend and I both have issues with a window from separate installations done by Visage and both of us cannot seem to get a call back no matter how many times we call or email. My recommendation. Spend a little more and find another company. A warranty on products and service are only useful when the company that is supposed to honor it does not evade you with a voice mail service.Answer from pro:

Have been waiting for months for issues with the windows to be fixed (major aesthetic issues as well as windows that won't function). IGNORED by the company. They promised to fix it and months later they have not and do not reply to texts or phone calls. I mistakenly referred them to 3 others ALL of whom have had major problems that are as yet unresolved. DO NOT use this company.Answer from pro:

We also share the belief that when the seagull hits the glass because it does not realize there is one so pure and clean it is, the window can't be fully operational any more. Unfortunately we have certain technological limitations as regards new glass production and sometimes there is a waiting period which is a little bit longer than expected due to specifics of the project. We are very sorry for you being not satisfied. We are ready to provide any assistance possible to you especially in removing the sealant outside once you give us an opportunity to do this. Let us just remind you that if there is no arrangement for the new sealant to be put right away it will not work well because your windows will become leaky. I used Visage Windows and doors to replace our front doors which were just about of fall off. Andy was easy to deal with and gave us a fair quote for our double doors with a triple lock as security was our primary concern. About 2 months later, their 2 workers came by and did the install in about 3 hours. They then swept the whole place clean. The doors look great and I get compliments from my neighbours now! The door are solid and we feel more secure now. Now looking to also replace my windows in the near future! One year update! Our door has some issues with a couple of small gaps and despite repeated calls and assurances, no one has come to fix them. One of gaps even allows water and cold air to enter the house!! See the pic! Update after this review! A repair person came by to fix the issues. All is good now. It's too bad it took a negative review to get issues fixed. Since the issue was fixed, I have updated the review to 8*.Answer from pro:
