    Excellent customer service

    Someone referred me to Furnace King as I needed a new AC and I'm so glad they did! Raami and Sandip were terrific and very knowledgeable. I was able to make my decision to buy an AC from them very quickly and was able to get it installed quickly as well! The gentlemen who installed the unit were extremely professional and left the area neat and tidy, both on the outside and the inside of the house. I was very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend them.

    Install new A/C unit

    Sandip's extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and commitment to excellence inspired a lot of confidence in us. He was also very personable and responsive to any questions we had. The installation went very smoothly and looked very clean and professional.

    Excellent and Super Professional

    furnace king services are highly recommended as they are professional polite and super good, Sandip is truly a professional engineer with good recommendations and provides excellent advice for your needs. Truly recommend them for your HVAC requirements.

    The Best Service Hands Down

    The best service hands down!! We woke up with no hot water. Within the same day they came to replace the tank. During the recent torrential down pour they thoughtfully rolled out a rubber mat through out the house to protect our floors and carpeting. They efficiently and meticulously replaced the tank. A week earlier, they also repaired our furnace with the same high level of service. I trust this team with all of our HVAC needs and bonus they do not try to upsell on products and gimmicks!

    New AC

    Sandip was great with the initial consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable to say the least. Techs Brian And Kyro were amazing as they worked together and had the job done within the expected time frame. I am very pleased with the service I got from Furnace King. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or furnace. Sandip, thank you very much for being so thoughtful and courteous. Your follow up is also very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

    air conditioning system

    I have been with Furnace King for approx. 13 years. I have had excellent service and product support through out all of those years so when my a/c broke down it was a no brainer:) 2 furnace king technicians took my old unit out (including furnace cooling coil) and had the new unit up and running in about 3 hours. Our thanks to Konrad, Junior and especially Sandip for making it all come together so smoothly. I should quickly add that the work area was left spotless!!!!

    Home AC install

    I've reached out to Furnace King because my old AC unit has failed and I urgently needed to replace it before summer heat starts. Naturally, I went to HomeStars looking for a company with good reputation and reviews. Furnace King was very prompt to response, Sundeep came to my house on the next day, listened to my needs and requirements, provided his professional recommendation on the new unit. Great experience and solid professional advice. The install team arrived just 2 days after. The installers were on time, did great work, very fast and efficient. Cleaned up everything after leaving the place as clean as it was before they arrived if not better. Great experience overall. Sundip has followed up with me the next day after the install. What can I say, Furnace King has certainly lived up to their excellent reputation on HomeStars and also my expectations. I'm very happy with my choice - excellent work guys! Thank you!

    Annual AC Service

    Just had my annual AC service and all good. Furnace King is always a pleasure to deal with. Technicians are always friendly and prompt. Claudio was here today and has been on many other occasions. I appreciate what he does and head office is always great to deal with. I would definitely recommend Furnace King. I purchased Furnace, AC and Tankless from Furnace King and 10 years and counting and I am a satisfied customer.

    Air conditioner purchase and installation

    Great service. I would advise to go with Furnance king over any larger company. Sandip was great and honest & helped us out as much as he could to get us what we needed. Highly recommend!
