    Furnace and Humidifier Installation

    We are very pleased with your company. The service was great! Mike the installer was great, very polite and down to earth. We asked him to clean as much as possible of what was left from the old furnace and he did an amazing job. We will definitely recommend you to others.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    Dear Sandip, Thank you for looking after us so well. Your professional approach to explaining what our options were for replacing our furnace and AC unit was refreshing. So often we get so called "sales people" coming to our door from other companies and all they want to do is talk about price and close a sale. In your case, the price was the very last thing you mentioned. As a salesperson myself, that approach appealed to my own professional attitude towards sales and frankly, pretty much guaranteed you the sale. Your price was also fair, considering the quality of the equipment offered and the level of service I know we will receive. Your warranties are also top notch. Everything you promised in our first meeting came to fruition. The installers arrived on-time, were polite and listened to any concerns I had. They laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and removed their shoes too, something other companies tend not to do these days. They were quiet except for the necessary drilling etc. and the job was completed quickly. They cleaned up and brushed the floor around the furnace room afterwards. Mike then showed me how everything works and we ran down a checklist of items he had completed and that they had met all current codes etc., which matched exactly with what you had said would happen. He informed me that my previous HVAC contractor had never connected the HEPA filter unit I bought from them, nor was the humidifier ever hooked up! I will be calling them about this. I look forward to receiving our Ontario rebate in due course, this will complete a very pleasant experience with you and Furnace King. Please feel free to use this letter as a testimonial and my name as a reference to any future customers you're talking too.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Good evening Sandip, I wanted to thank you for the great service you provided us when we purchased our air conditioner from Furnace King. You took the time to explain what makes Trane air conditioners better than the competition as well as advising us on what best suited our needs. When it came to the install your crew did a great job. They ran the refrigerant lines in the perfect spot and fully explained the system before and after the install. I was really impressed that they placed protective runners on our stairs even though it was just our basement stairs. We could not have been happier with the whole experience. 10/10.

    Tankless Water Heater Maintenance

    Brian helped us this morning with our water heater which hadn't been maintained since installation. He was extremely helpful, prompt and kind. Excellent service; very affordable. We will use Furnace King for everything now (furnace, fireplace, water heater, air conditioner). Would highly recommend.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    The installation was very well done and your team was excellent. We're very happy with the installation and the furnace so far - we've found it very different than our old clunker. Now we just need to get some heat to test out the Air Conditioner! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us - we're sure we've made the right decision.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    Thanks for your kind email, we are very happy that we made the decision to buy Furnace, A/C and humidifier from you, from start to present time, we appreciate the service, you explained very well about the choices and options, we picked the one we were happy with, best part is you are reachable and respond quickly. Brian was here today in the morning, he explained very well as to what to do in cold weather. We also like that you have 24 hrs. answering service and inform the tech. for immediate help. We are happy with warranty , for next 10 years we don't have to worry. We feel it was good that we went to home depot picked up flyer of Furnace king and bought from reputed company.

    Furnace, A/C and Tankless Hot Water

    My A/C and furnace were acting up and past the age of thinking of repairing them, so I did some research and found a few companies to get quotes from. Sandip from Furnace King was very polite and friendly and he took the time to explain in detail how the furnaces and A/C work and the different options available to me and estimated my possible energy savings with making the switch. When I agreed to proceed, Sandip was quick to make it happen. Within a week it has all been done and I am very happy with the service and support provided. Mike and John the installers were on time, friendly, tidy and efficient. Mike also took the time to explain everything that had been done. I am looking forward to the summer to try out the A/C. Sandip also followed up with me after each visit from his installers to ensure I was happy with everything which is a great service to ensure there were no issues and I was happy and comfortable with everything. Thank you Sandip, Mike and John and Furnace King.

    Furnace Installation

    I met with Sandip of Furnace King in October 2014 when my furnace had been “red flagged” by Direct Energy. He was extremely professional and spent time discussing the mechanics of the furnace and what I needed prior trying to sell me anything. In addition to his positive attitude, I was impressed by the warranties that Furnace King offered which far exceeded other companies and that they sold Trane (which I based on research is viewed as superior product to its competitors). I got quotes from other companies but my experience with Sandip stood out from all the other ‘sales pitches” I received. Being a picky consumer I spent time going back and forth on some details with him and every time he was quick to respond and worked towards making me happy. Once I decided to go with Furnace King, the service did not stop. He came to my house again to write specific instructions for the installers and then after the install followed up to make sure everything went according to the plan. This service stood out. Months after the sale he has continued to be responsive to a few questions I have. His service exceeded my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandip and Furnace King for your next furnace purchase.

    Furnace Purchase & installation

    Dear Sandip, I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to you and the company for the excellent service and advice we received when purchasing our new furnace from you. I wish that we had found you earlier after dealing with shoddy service and poor support from another company for 15 years, you guys are a consumers dream, and I don’t say this lightly. I have been retired for three years after 50 plus years in a very successful professional sales and marketing career, so I think that I am well qualified to express an opinion that may influence other customers to consider your company. In today’s economy, companies work hard to recruit new customers, that’s fairly easy to do, the hard part is to move these customers into becoming fans, and as any sports team will tell you , fans will follow you anywhere. I am definitely a Fan of Furnace King, your own personal service was exceptional, and your installation team were a treat to deal with. They were respectful of my home, consulted with me on some difficult duct work and when they were finished, there was not a mark or speck of dust to say that they had ever been here, well done, and on top of all this your pricing was significantly less than my other quotes for the same furnace, you made me a fan. I know that my AC unit, now 15 years old will be passing on soon, and when that happens I will be reaching out to you once again. Kindest regards and Thanks.
