    Eavestrough and downspout replacement

    Not being the most knowledgeable about home improvement it came as a releif when the replacement of the eaves became such a simple task. Inspection of old eaves and working out replacement was timely and more importantly for me understandable. Quote came in via email the next day and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Glad I did though. House looking so much better for the new eaves and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

    Soffit, fascia and eavestrough

    In the end they did a great job. Polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. They advised me on what i need and were also honest about things i didn't need to replace. Well priced too. I did get a few quotes and they were the best. Cleaned up after themselves too! My only small complaint was that there was some confusion with who was coming to do what part of the job and at what time. I didn't understand there were different people to take care of different parts of the job. I wanted to make sure i was here to confirm what was being done so i was home waiting for the guy who was just taking it all down and had to come back from work the next day to meet the installers. BUT, over all great job and i would be happy to recommend to anybody.

    Soffits, fascia and eavestroughs

    I can't say enough about this company. Everyone involved was courteous, friendly and helpful. The installers did a great job, the cost was less than I expected to pay yet the work was better than expected! I've done alot of home renovations in the past couple of years. Without hesitation I can say that Royal Crown Aluminum is the best!

    Siding repair

    Met this company at the Home Show and is very happy with the quote provided by Drew and the work done by Ardian. Ardian, explained exactly what he will be doing and cleaned up after the work...... A plus all the way, keep the good work up

    Siding

    We were impressed with the time the Royal Crown Aluminum representative Tommy spent with us, explaining the product, process and choices of style and color. The workmen came when they were supposed to come and finished the job in remarkable time. They were hardworking, neat in their work, polite in their manner and did a nice clean-up. We have noticed a major change in our home and heating. The house looks fantastic and our home is much warmer. We have the sharpest house on the block!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal Crown Aluminum to everyone.

    Eaves Trough, Soffit and Facia replacement

    Royal Crown was excellent to deal with, very professional. Price was lower than I thought it would be, and they were done in 1.5 days! Blair who did our quote really knew his stuff, and Ashley was wonderful on the phone getting us teh quote and scheduling the appointment. I highly recommend using this company!

    New Eavestroughs Installed

    Very happy with the work Royal Crown Aluminum performed. Eni the salesman was professional, knowledgeble and courteous. Ashley in the office also shared those same qualities. The job was done in less than a day as promised. I have a background in metal machining and fabrication and the quality of the fit and finish of the eaves is flawless. Also my wife and I are very happy with the choice of colour which was suggested by Eni. You know you've chosen well when your neighbours are complimenting on the look of your gutters the day after installation. I would strongly recommend Royal Crown to anyone looking for new eavestroughs.

    Eaves and downspout replacement

    In short, very happy with the work done by Royal Crown Aluminum. Excellent price, excellent customer service, and excellent work. Longer version: Needed to have downpouts redone to abide by City of Toronto bylaw. Decided that it would make sense to do all eavestroughing as well. Tom came to the house, on time, to assess the house and needs. Very professional and easy to talk with. He worked with the ideas i had in mind, and provided a solid plan. Ashley at the main office was very helpful in working with me on the quote and setting up an appointment. Excellent customoer service. When the work was done, it was done well. I was unable to be home during the day of the installation (day changed a couple times due to weather), but the guys on site (Edi and Andrew, I believe) proceeded without me being there - no problem at all. In fact, at one point in the day, I got a call from Edi on site suggesting that the original plan needed modification when the got up and close and saw the way the flat roof was constructed. Edi patiently walked me through what amendments to the plan were needed, and only proceeded when he had my "go-ahead" to do so. He even took a photo and texted it to me so that I could see what he was talking about. Also called me towards the end of the day as they were leaving for confirmation on one last part - was very glad that he called to confirm. When I got home, I inspected the work - and I was completely satisfied. The guys had done a great job, and even capped off the downspout that had previously fed directly into water line. Its been a couple weeks since the installation, and I have had zero problem with the rain and snow melt since that time. Would highly recommend this company to others; in fact, I have already done so.

    New Facia, Soffit and Eaves _ House and Garage

    Royal Crown was recommended to us by our Stucco contracter. Their sales process is excellent! They gave excellent advice about colour and placement of downspouts. They communicate regularly and we were kept up to date with schedules and changes. We changed our minds about the colours at least 4 times but no one lost their patience and they frequently got back in contact with the sales person to get his input and advice. The installers were friendly and professional. This house is rather tall and very close to the house next door. It clearly was a challenge to put aluminum on that side. Other companies were unsure if they would be able to do it. Royal Crown never showed concern about this and their installers just got to work and did a great job without complaint. There is a small change to be made to the slope on the garage and I am sure it will be done quickly and properly. I will use Royal Crown again and recommend them. Our house looks great! Thanks to all!

    Eaves, Soffit, Fascia

    This is the second home that I have built for me and my family. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed. All the guys that came out to my house, Ardian, Dorian, and Edi, were very professional, understanding, friendly, and helpful when it came to suggestions for my downspout locations, as well as what to do for my difficult overhang on my back deck. The end result turned out to be fabulous. The choosing of my colours, which Ashley who was very instrumental in tieing them in with our brick, stucco and stone,as well as roof. The customer service was superb they never left me not knowing what was going on. They cleaned up everything after they were done, and didn't leave anything sharp and such laying around. I would like to especially thank Ardian who took time out of the installation to explain to me what and how he was doing the job. As this is the second house being built I can honestly say, I wish I had known about this company 6 years ago, when I was needing someone to do the eaves,soffit, and fascia on my other home. Again I would like to thank everyone at the Royal Crown company, wishing them the best for the future, and for the New Year. I would just also like to add that everyone family, friends, and strangers who have passed by my house, have commented on how the aluminum finish work has added to the facade and character of the home.
