    Eavestroughs, fascia and soffit

    To go beyond quality work which is the expectation for any work that we have companies to do for us, Royal Crown demonstraded their commitment to high standards when faced with a problem on the installation. There was a miscalculation on the estemate which went unseen by both parties. When the computerized system picked it up, Sabrina professionally accepted responsibility for the mistake and passed no blame to me even though there were reasons to share it. One of the reasons I had picked Royal Crown was the assurance that if there were problems, they would be big enough to handle it. Refreshing to see that in today's business environment. I also took a lot of pleasure whatcing the crews work. The worker's have a great attitude working efficiently with a lot of respect for each other. Supervisors drop in to monitor their progress and answer any questions that arise during the installation. Eni was great in helping us to make up our mind with last minute changes and displayed a great deal of patience. Now every day we enjoy a freshened up look on the house.

    Eave-trough, fascia, soffit, siding.

    Before we hired Royal Crown Aluminum, we had a lot of problems with our Eave-troughs. The house externally looked pretty desperate as well. This was 3 years ago, and I should say that, it was probably the best decision on hiring a contractor. Royal Crown is fast, flexible, very reasonably price, and willing to work with us on getting the best out of our investment. Our house looks attractive and the water problmes look to be settled for good!! We always make sure to give as much feedback as possible to this company that could help every other home owner the same as they did with us.

    Soffits and Fascia, gutters and downspouts

    We first interacted with Royal Crown at the home show. The contact Eni was professional from day 1. Eni even took us on a brief tour of some work that they completed in the area so we could see the results during the estimate visit. . The quote was competitive to other estimates we had. They were patient while we decided on colours. They were flexible in working with our schedule and actually arranged with us to complete the job ahead of schedule due to a prediction of bad weather. Two crews were used. One for soffits and fascia and one for gutters and downspouts. The crews were professional in their approach and did a very thorough job (including clean up). They worked long days to make sure they were able to finish the job before the bad weather came. Overall, we were extremely happy with the completed work and would highly recommend.

    Eavestrough , Leafguard & rain barrel installation

    The day after Eni came to measure and assess our needs , Sabrina emailed an estimate and work began the very day we had requested. When we asked to make a slight adjustment in the placement of the rain barrel , Eni arrived with the same three ( very polite) workmen and the problem was solved - at no extra cost. They are a very professional company with a deep concern for their customer's happiness. We would highly recommend them. CHris & Linda Hardess

    Replacement of eavestrough

    Like many, we were nervous about picking a company "out of the blue". We were initially drawn to Royal Crown because of the positive onsite reviews, and very soon after that because of the professionalism of Sabrina and Eni as we went through the quote process. Not only was their quote the best (we did get two other quotes), everyone we dealt with at Royal Crown was very professional and service oriented. The job was completed as scheduled and we are very happy with the work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

    Eavestrough repair and rerouting

    Our downspout froze and fell. We called Royal Crown to provide an estimate to repair and reroute the downspout from the city sewer connection. From the start Sabrina and Eni were a pleasure to work with, they are very professional and service oriented. First contact to job completion was over a few days only. The crew worked hard and fast, did a great and we are very happy and would definitely recommend. Thanks a lot Royal Crown Aluminium.

    we did complete eaves and siding on the front of the house and railings

    Very pleased with the job.Sabrina really made it easy.She cordinated everything.It was a little confusing at times,but they really came thru in the end.We still have a small issue,but we have agreed to look at it in the spring.Will follow up later.Job was done on time,looks great at the agreed price.Hats off to Edi,Sabrina and their crews.Would highly recommend.Thank you

    Eavestrough repair

    We needed some repair to the eavestrough in the back of our house due to a prior roof repair. But noone was interested in coming to do "a small job" during their busy time. After repeated calls to one company, they came to check but never returned any calls after that. But when I called Crown Aluminum an appointment was set up right away and Eni came to look at the eavestrough and to discuss the cost and when they could come. The appointment was again quick. The only glich was that on the day the crew came they arrived a little late and ran out of time to get the job done properly. But to Crown Aluminum's credit when I told them I was not satisfied with the repair, they all went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. I have not seen a company put so much efforts in making sure their customer was happy! They really did go above and beyond what is expected! Thank you Sabrina, Blair, Eni and their crews!!

    Changing inground downspouts and new eavestrough

    Sabrina and Eni are dedicated to ensuring a happy customer and dealing with both of them has been a pleasure. They made the whole process from quote to installtion very smooth. Eni came up with a great solution to get the down spouts re routed so they are no longer going into the ground. In the city with small iregular lots, that is a real challange and we are pleased with the results. The installation was also very smooth and the installers were very nice.

    Installed new eavestroughs, facia and downspouts.

    Had old outdated and leaky eavestroughs that needed to be replaced ASAP. Royal Crown was very quick to quote, start the work and completed quickly. Workmanship and quality is great. Great pricing, and a discount to boot! Staff very is knowledgeable. Amazing combination. Highly recommended.
