    cookware

I was blown away by the presentation and thought that the cookware was exceptional. I have not used it yet as it is a gift for my son! however, it took several weeks before we received our Der Triumph, As well, the accumulation of credits towards other products seems sketchy, as they are not living up to the promise made to my daughter about a $500 bonus. Check and Double check the offer before you leave.

    Answer from pro:

Christine: Congratulations on your new purchase. First off I would recommend that you invite your son to come to one of our cooking shows so he as well will learn how easy it is to cook with our exceptional cookware the right way. Secondly; the Der Triumph does take between 2-3 weeks now for delivery because it has become one our customer favourite add ons. Thirdly; send us as many customers you can and each time they attend our dinner and talk to our representative you will receive 100$ added to your account so you may receive additional product free of charges. The bonus is only good if you communicate the list of referrals to your consultant within 48 hours. Hope this clears up any questions you might have.

    Cookware

This was an awful experience. My wife and I were invited to a "free 3 course meal and cooking show" and it was not until we got there that we found out it was a sales pitch to sell us their cookware and other gimmicky nick knack items for your home and kitchen. The free meal is a coleslaw, some frozen chicken breasts they cook in their cookware with some tomato sauce served with some rice, and a boxed cake from the grocery store. At the end they finally tell you the prices of their products which are all incredibly overpriced and you can find for way cheaper online. They then took us into a small office with a sales rep who is very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Worst of all the items are "final sale" and cannot be returned at all. Even if you bring them home and don't even open the box they won't take it back and now your out over $3000. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this unethical practice.

    Answer from pro:

Craig: Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected. A lot of our customers come to shop and compare with what is available elsewhere, knowing ahead of time that we sell cookware. We are in the business to sell high quality cookware that is not available anywhere else. We can all agree good cookware will last a lifetime. Internet sometimes offers you things that are not what they seem and when you order them there are many more surprises. We will all agree that what we do is an education in cooking with high quality cookware. It is a must when buying high quality. There is nothing unethical about what we do. We read all the facts before anybody leaves here and that way we always ensure good customer service.

    Rediculous unexplainable charges

My fiancé and I went to the cooking show recently. It was informational and the products seem amazing, I haven't had a chance to crack into them just yet but I'm hoping I won't be disappointed when I do. The only issues I had was that we were told we'd get $100 off just for coming to the show and then during purchasing one of the chefs said they would give us $100 off a product cause we were taking a 3rd item. When the purchase papers were drawn up we were only given $100 off and when I asked where the second $100 off was I was treated like I was going crazy. They insisted it was just the 1 $100 off. Then during signing I noticed a lovely little fee of almost $300 for shipping. This did and still irritates me, I asked about it and again it was like I'm an i diot. I got a response of "its shipping charges". Yes I realize that but since I drove MY own car there and picked up MY products, no one delivered them to me. When I'm paying $3000 for pots and pans it seems beyond ridiculous to add $300 on for shipment. Why is it the customers responsibility to pay this?? It shouldn't be. I own my own company and if anything the cost of shipment should be included in the price. We had 3 people in the room during purchase which didn't help, it just made things crazy chaotic. If returns were possible I would just for the fact that I feel S C A M M E D for over $400 that I shouldn't have had to spend. Hopefully when we are in contact with someone this week they will make it right....we'll see.

    Answer from pro:

Sandi: The charges you are referring to are handling charges not shipping charges. Our company does business different from what you general would see in a regular store. Our products come direct from the manufactures to you. We cut out all the middle people and save you many dollars doing so. Unfortunately there are fuel surcharges and duties that accumulate over 22% but we only charge 8.5% to our customers. This is explained to you in our showroom when the prices and offers were explained to all. The 100$ certificate you refer to is the only 100$ we offer to our new customers on additional purchases. Thanks you for purchasing our exceptional cookware.

    Cookware show

We attended this free show in which they showcase some product which is nice but way overpriced. I would never buy a vacuum from a chef lol. After the food we are taken to a sales room and thats where it falls apart. They contradict their own words and are very pushy. The sales rep advised he didnt know anything about the "free" vacation which on the back pamphlet was riddled with hidden fees. After advising we would passon the products the chef from the show pushed a cart of product in front of our way of exit and got into a close proximity of myself aggressively asking why I am not taking it, whats going on. The food was nice... but thats about it.

    Answer from pro:

Joe: Most people buy and very few don't. We are surprised when people don't buy. We sell high quality cookware that is not available anywhere else. We sometimes offer a package that includes a condo certificate. There is nothing free about the certificate other than we give it for free to each customer that buys. This certificate has a single small additional fee which we explain to each and every customer before they leave.

    Service

My husband and I went to a cooking show and we loved it and liked the cookware so we decided to purchase the set on payments. We got the der triumph as a free gift and we haven't seen any difference in using it. We are not happy with it at all. We were making our payments through direct withdrawl and everything was going alright. We live in Edmonton and one day we drove past the store and it was closed down. We tried to call numerous times with no answer so I looked up the company on the internet and found the number for the Montreal office. I talked to someone there and they explained to me what had happened and that our payments would continue to come out and we were fine with that. The last payment came out in May 2013, nobody has contacted us to let us know what is going on, I have tried calling and I keep getting told someone will get back to me in a day or two. It is now the middle of September and we are thinking that we have been screwed over!! Please prove me wrong and let me know what is going on!!! After I published this review I got a call from a representative at Cuisine Sante and everything was sorted out. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied!! I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you!!!

    Munich cookware

Wow it is amazing how people can be rude. I saw a bad review of this company on the google reviews thing and decided not to go to their free invitation to a cooking show because of that in 2012. Recently they invited me again and I decided to give a try. Lucky me that I went there because the experience was super good and yes they are trying to sell you cooking gear but they are amazing and you are free to say no if you dont want to! Still me and my wife are more than please with out new cookware. Dont read those bad comment from suposed "old" employee. If there are not working there anymore i guess there is a reason!

    Cuisine Santé Cookware

Watch the fine print: "All our sales are final. No refunds, only exchange within 48 hours of the date stipulated on your order. All guarantees are subject to a fee of $6 or more per piece for shipping and handling charges." One of our thermometer handles was crushed. To get it replaced would have cost $6 or more for shipping and handling. I fixed it myself. Fixing it revealed the inside of the product, which was clearly NOT the finest materials available. In the cooking demonstration, in the reference to 7-ply, we heard only about the copper disk and "Surgical ChromoTanium Stainless Steel" but not about the aluminum and iron, which form part of the 7 layers. That was omitted. In fact, it was stated that there was no aluminum. I am feeling very duped and very stupid for falling for this.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Craig, the "fine print" as you call it is not fine, and we actually read our policy aloud to you, then you initial saying you understand, so please be fair. Although the policy states 48 hours for exchange we routinely extend this, providing all products are in the original box and not used. The thermometer (should it be defective) is normally replaced free, and since it is a spring loaded thermometer I am confused as to what you think constitutes "the finest quality" in a spring? As for the 7 layers, the 7 plys do consist of various metals which are described on the product card that was included with your cookware. The important factor to keep in mind is that ONLY the chrome-titanium metal touches your food, making our cookware one of the safest and most efficient in the world. The other 5 layers provide for specific area's of concern: copper provides the even heat distriution and aluminum great conduction. Having them "sandwiched" by 12oolbs of pressure is part of the strength of our product. Regardless we are sorry to hear you are not happy and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any issues you may have. Please call the offfice where you purchased the products, they will be happy to discuss these issues.

    cookware and trip

We bought from Cuisine Sante International their over-priced cookware, and the Dur Triumph which is advertised to be like the T-Zone but it is not. And worse of all they promised that it included a one week vacation to to Hawaii but it was 100% false advertising. To claim the trip you have to send money to an even bigger s c a m, called PTS Travel (Google PTS Travel and see how charming they are!). The fact that CSI is partnered with PTS is a reflection of the true colors of CSI. Once PTS has your money, you never get a trip, 'cause you never hear back from them not to mention the fine print that you can't book your trip within 2 weeks of a holiday!!

    Answer from pro:

Hello Steven and thank you for purchasing our products. The Der Triumph is a vibration excercise technology machine, which is the same science that T-Zone basis its product on. We do not however claim to be the same machine. Our machine is designed to give you years of service and is so reliable it is also offered through select Costco locations. The promotional coupon you received for the trip is strictly a bonus offered through a promotion with PTS travel. I suspect from your response you made no effort to redeem the coupon. Your comments are direct quotes from comments circulating online relating to PTS. Many of our clients have enjoyed this promotion. Here are a few things to keep in mind regarding this promotion: 1) it is NOT all inclusive, it is the condo only 2) there s a $100USD registration fee which is non refundable 3) there will be a $199-299 resort fee 4) all terms and conditions are on the pamphlet and should be read prior to redeeming the certificate. Should you require further assistance with redeeming it we would be happy to provide you with the PTS contact information.

    waste our time

We bought the groupon for the couple cooking class and it turns out a show which is free for anyone. They provides mis-leading info on the groupon and they never response to our question on why we have to pay for the show and others are free! They just keep selling us the products and asking us to introduce more friends to visit the show. We are very angry as it was suppose to be our date and we even drop off our baby with nanny for this as we thought it is a cooking class for couples only!!!! This company is totally irresponsible and they don't even think of the serious affect after they provide the mis-leading info. Nothing can compensate our precious time and disapointment!!! Don't trust this company! The products are very expensive and they keep asking us what prices can make us buy the products!

    Answer from pro:

Hello Kabi, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. The promotion you are referring to was a first time initiative which has had some setbacks. Do keep in mind it was not Cuisine Sante you paid to participate in the promotion. Please contact the showroom office you visited and we will be happy to explain the Groupon promotion. Assuming from your Kanata location you visited the Ottawa showroom I took the liberty of trying to find your consultant, but no one recalls a call requesting clarification on the promotion. Perhaps your lack of response is from Groupon? In any event we do strive to provide great customer service and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your grievances, please contact the office you visited and speak to a manager.
