My tenants called about a cockroach situation, which really worried me given the horrendous reputation roaches have. I had pest control at my house the following day to take care if it. After inspecting the dead Roach, Vance brought me lots of comfort stating that they can get rid of all types if roaches. But the type of Roach ( oriental cockroach) that had infested my property was the easiest to take care of. Vance used a device to treat the property and my tenants were allowed back in to their home after an hour. I followed up with my tenants everyday after the treatment and they found several dead roaches but nothing since an entire month ago.

The mice problem was getting worse and the lack of success from over the counter traps and bait stations was very frustrating. Vance from Pestokill was called in to take care of the issue once and for all. He certainly delivered, the situation got much worse after the treatment as mice sightings increased. But the situation quickly improved over the next week and soon enough the mice were gone. Vance handled the situation professionally and was patient in answering our questions. This is a company I would definitely call back for my any pest issue in the future.

It took me time to write my reviews as I have to confirm if I have no more mouse/rats in my house. All I can say, they are all gone. Naeem was excellent: on-time, professional, quick and precise on his services. The pests were all gone in 3-week time as he stated. He even provided extra service to remove my ant issue and he explained the simple remedies on how to avoid it from entering the house. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called Pestokill about a large nuisance yellow jacket nest under the vinyl siding of my house. Vance came out the next day and treated the nest and I had no issues with yellow jackets in that area from that point forward. Also, Vance is a very personable and nice guy!

Pestokill succeeded where other failed: Less than 24 hours after their spraying the wasps we gone. Had tried a couple of the other companies listed here but to no avail.

I'm happy to write this review for pestokill as my experience was as good as the other reviewers for this company. The mice were getting through a hole in the crawlspace that is only a foot and a half high. Over the 10 years I have lived in this home I have had to have it treated for mice at least 3 times and I think that this might be the last as Vance actually crawled around 10 feet to block the hole. Another difference between him and the other companies was that he also treated the cavity between ceiling and the floor, this was important to me as mice in the ceiling made it difficult to read after the kids fall asleep. Even if the mice end up coming back in a couple of years I would continue using this company as the level of effort was far greater than any of the other companies

We called Vance to help us remove a number of carpenter ant nests in our front and back yards in May. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very meticulous in the areas where he sprayed. He did a great job and we were ant free for about 5 months. We recently called him back as a number of nests were sprouting up from ants which migrated over from my neighbours yard. Vance came quickly and wiped out these junior nests and we are ant free again! I highly recommend Vance and the pest-o-kill folks

I called Pestokill to come to my house and exterminate a wasp problem that my house had. We had blocked two holes in our brick house and the wasp got inside. Vance from PestoKill came and he diagnosed the problem, scouted around the home for the possible entrance way where the wasp was coming in. There was no accessible entrance and exit way he could reach due to the way my house is built. We did find an old blocked hole that he redug. He instead decided to spray our house with the gas in the old hold and he did it several times. He later told us that he wouldn't charge us a penny because he couldn't confirm the wasp were truly exterminated. We thanked him for his time and effort and he told us to call him back if it worked. Over two days we noticed barely to 0 wasp. Thank you Pestokill, you did excellent work and didn't charge us a penny cause you value service more than anything.

This company was amazing. I called them to remove a wasps nest that was being built just above our backyard door between the awning. This company sent a knowledgeable person who sprayed and got rid of the wasps coming to the entry hole. Unfortunately, the wasps returned to another area of the house closeby and when I called this company they came back right away. They took care of the issue without complaint. Thank you!

Had 2 sites with wasps - front door and over garage. Vance arrived and solved the problem. Very courteous and knew his job. 3 days later and wasps still absent. Highly recommend!
