Mice made their way into my attic through the side of the home as the stone and siding are not flush. Vance was the only guy who was able to figure that out. Vance put bait station around the home and the issue has now been resolved. I can say that i had a very satisfactory experience with Vance as not only could i tell he was experienced he was very forthcoming with answers to my questions.

I sprayed 3 cans of wasp killer but it did absolutely nothing. In fact, I am certain that I angered the wasps and they were busier than ever in front of my doorway. Vance came the very same day and got rid of our problem. He was fast, efficient and guaranteed his work. No more trying to this myself next time. Thanks Vance!

One week ago, my son saw dozens wasps flying around the window outside his bedroom. Then found the nest must be in the exterior wall as there's a small hole and wasps going in and out from that hole. It started getting worse as we could hear the chewing sound from inside bedroom. The old house has no insulation, so I worried the wasps may coming inside soon. So I climbed to check the hole on the wall but was stung on my finger. Came down then browsed homestar, found this company. In 2 hours, Vance came with his equipment. After about 1 hour, whow, the world became quiet again and my son can go back to his bedroom without worrying the wasps. I am quite impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the job done by Vance. Well worth the money, and most importantly, the safety of myself and my family. Will look for this company again if there's other issue down the road..

I have used Maple Pest Control Services 2X. Once for wasps above my front door and once for yellow jackets making a huge nest inside my garage. Both times Naeem arrived on time for my appointment. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the results and and the wasps and yellow jackets have never returned. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with these problems.

We had a bit of complex squirrel situation where we heard noise in the attic above small extension from our first floor living room. At first we thought it was mice in the walls, Vance from Pestokill set up traps and poisons in his first visit. The noise continued and Vance was nice to come back knowing issue was not resolved. Upon further investigation on outside, Vance found out that squirrel had gnawed through the exterior vent cover so he set up a one way door to let the squirrel out. However, the noise continued, the snow had melted and Vance came back again, found out squirrel had another entry point from the ground up through the small gap that led to the attic. He took the time to install 2 more one-way doors close to the ground and finally the squirrel was gone. The whole situation took over 3 months to resolve because of snow and winter condition which hindered the investigation. But Vance was patient, helpful and got the job done for us at the end, thank you Vance!

Had this company manage an ongoing rodent issue at my residence in December of 2014. They effectively took care of the problem and the process was very easy and i don’t really have anything to complain about. Being a professor Im not big in giving a perfect score but this company deserves a perfect 10. The company card will remain in my card holder and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Two years ago Vance was at my home to eradicate ants and he did wonderfully well at that. This summer I couldn't find his card so I had another company in to take care of a wasp nest. Unfortunately they were not equipped to bring it down. I called around asking for Vance and was given his companies number by a different company as he is well known within the industry. Because of the height of the nest he couldn't take care of it on his own so he sent his son. Yaya arrived at my home with a full arsenal of tools. He looked at the nest and came up with a plan and discussed it with me. As expected the job was done and the following day was enjoyed without a wasp in sight. I can say that the service is always timely and done well.

I had a wonderful experience with Pest-O-Kill, they were on time even though the timing was during rush hour and based on the traffic situation I faced getting home I wouldn't have minded if they were late. Furthermore Yahyah made it seem as if I was part of the entire process by explaining what he thought and what he was going to do to remedy the problem. I was totally comfortable with his work and his explanations, it almost felt like a mini tutorial in ant control. My mind was quickly put to ease, the ants are gone and I gained valuable information to prevent them from coming back.

The day before my moms 90th birthday when over 200 people were going to be at my home the ants made a stream from the front door to the kitchen but upon looking closely you could find them all over the main floor of the house. I am grateful that he found it as the home is still under warranty and the builder had to fix it. He sprayed a powder in the crack from the inside and dug up the soil outside to show me the crack from the outside and hundreds of ants with many white baby ants. After finishing with the outside he sprayed the baseboards on the main floor and opened all the windows. Happy with the work, I think the service went over and above what was expected.

Soo many scary big centipedes in my basement so i called pestokill to kill them. My daughter called the number and made appointment and company promise price wont go up after seeing home. Company send Yahya to my home. He is wonderful man and he tell me everything about job he will do. he kill six centipede that he show me and I found ten or fifteen in next days. No more centipedes for last nine months.
