My family had been complaining about our growing mice problem for months. The last contractor seemed to not know much and didnt do anything when I called him several times about the ongoing issue. Pestokill was hired after much frustration and frankly I didnt think they could handle our out of control mice problem. Surprised to say that we saw a huge difference in a week. There was a big infestation of cockroaches in my house, I tried many different companies but there was no progress, finally i was referred to Pestokill. I had called pesto kill on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday to take care of a wasp nest that I had. A gentleman by the name of Vance came over and took the time to explain what he was doing and educated me on wasps in general. I got to say they did a great job, I have no wasps to deal with anymore. My initial call to Pestokill was answered promptly and I received an accurate quote over the phone. It was a little hard to hear the person I was talking too, perhaps due to a poor quality headset or bad wireless connection on their end. Vance arrived on time. He was good natured and easy to talk to. He first confirmed the location of the nest and type of ant. He then checked around the house and in the garage for signs I may have missed. Afterwards he treated the nest area and then took the time to treat the entire perimeter of the house twice, once along the eaves and once along the foundation. When he noticed we had earwigs on our patio he treated for those as well for no extra charge. While doing the job he asked to borrow a ladder and an extension cord. It has been a couple of months since the work was done and I haven't noticed any carpenter ants in the nest area or earwigs on the patio. Good job Pestokill!

I had a wasp nest on my porch that was concealed behind a brick wall where it met the roof of my porch. I tried another company at first, and after two unsuccessful attempts to get the wasp activity to stop, I tried Pestokill. From my initial call to them, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional - and the price was reasonable... so I hired them. Yahya Vance came 2 days later and explained everything clearly - what the problem was and what had to be done. I have a 6 year old and was concerned about any toxic chemicals that might be used, and Yahya explained that the treatment used is mild and would not be harmful. He listened carefully for wasp activity between the brick and the drywall before proceeding, just to be sure that there was no risk of wasps working their way into the house (the previous company we hired never did this). I sure appreciated this! By the next day, the wasp activity had literally ceased to almost zero. We now have absolutely no wasps entering or exiting the nest - just the occasional one coming back to check out the nest, but after a few seconds they leave (this is normal for a period of time I understand). Plus, there's absolutely no odor from the treatment. Nothing. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with Pestokill's service, and Yahya is a terrific guy. Next time I need any kind of pest or animal removal services, I'll just call Pestokill. All the glowing reviews you read about them here on Homestars are true. These guys are the real deal!

I had carpenter ants invade my home and tried various borax/protein/sugar based baits which didn't work. Vance called me early in the day to confirm my address and he showed up on time. I walked thru my home showing him all the spots where I saw ants, and he went to work while my family was sitting in the backyard eating our breakfast. I had to sneak into the house a few times to get stuff I forgot, the fumes were strong and lasted about 3-4 hrs even with the windows open. Luckily by 6 hrs almost all the fumes were gone. Since he only sprayed the basement and the main floor, the upstairs didn't have the fumes at all. He found one area just outside the kitchen door where there was a pocket of ants pouring out as he sprayed into it. The following week I only saw a few ants stagger around and die quickly, and a month later nothing at all. He offers a 6 month guarantee. Great service, would hire him again.

Vance came the same day that we phoned. He immediately knew just what to do. We knew we had a yellow jacket wasp's nest in our large garden planter and Vance knew just how big it was. He opened up the nest and treated it so that the wasps did not return. He did this without disturbing the plants. We would definitely call upon Pestokill for any future pest control issues.

Very surprised at how well the treatment worked as the company who came in to my home 2 years ago had to come back twice. The tech from pestokill came to my house within the prescribed time and took about 45 minutes to do the job. I am extremely happy to report that i don't see any sign or evidence of mice any where and its been about 2 months.

Absolutely amazing work by great people!!! I came home from vacation earlier in the summer to find that mice had taken over my home. There were droppings under the kitchen sink and all over the furnace room. Vance was at my place in less than 4 hours after i called. To my surprise Vance knew exactly where they were frequenting as he showed me the loads of droppings in my cold cell as well. Vance said the mice will be gone in 2-3 weeks but only 4 days later i started to find the activity reduced considerably. My wife and my self cleaned the house of all droppings and he have not found anything since. Great work!!!
