my tenants were complaining about bed bugs. i had 2 priorities, quality and price. unfortunetly after shopping around i had called another company due to the low price. they didn't do the job properly and after spraying 3 times wouldn't pick up my phone. i shopped around again and found pestokill. after speaking to him i knew right away he knows his stuff. he serviced the following day and my tenants have not complained since. Vance is truly a bed bug destroyer. thank you vance.

carpenter ants are no joke especially when you start seeing saw dust, thats what happened to me. Luckily vance came to the rescue. Very nice guy znd he definetly knows his stuff. I have not seen ants or saw dust since the day he did the job. I would definetly recomend vance.

A few days ago i found ants all over my kitchen floor, my wife went antz over the situation. Her sister recomended pestokill so we gave them a try. We have not seen ants since. last month my cousin came over with his dog for a couple of days. after he left we went on vacation. only to come back to hundreds of fleas jumping all over the place. i called pestokill and vance was here within a couple of hours. he sprayed my entire apartment and i had to stay out for 4 hours. when i came back the fleas were gone. thank you vance. I started finding mice droppings all over the kitchen cabinets and in the basement, at first i didn't know what they were...found out in the most dramatic fashion Wife started screaming like there was no tomorrow. I called Pestokill and Vance came within a couple of hours. He told me it can take up to 15 days but its been 4 days since he completed the job and we cleaned the droppings the day after he did the job and i don't see any droppings anymore. Thanks Vance

with the amount of properties i have i can't afford people not doing a reliable job. Vance has for the last 10 years completed at least 15 jobs a year and i must say that he has never gave me a chance to complain. From difficult jobs like bed bugs and carpenter ants to relatively easier ones like mice Vance has never disappointed me. Vance is a nice person and he is very reasonably priced.

This past December i rented out my basement apartment. The young family who moved in were very nice and were upstairs often. They had an emergency and had to move back to Saskatoon. A few days after they moved my son woke up with what looked like atleast 20 mosquito bites. I was scared to death. The doctor told us we had bed bugs. He was 15 minutes early and i was very grateful to the fact that he spent half an hour to answer all my questions. WE set it up so that he would return in a couple of days to do the job. That same day i had a few other people come by as well because i had booked an appointment with them before finalizing it with Pestokill. Im really glad i did because Vance was very kind, his services were a considerably cheaper and when he came to do the job he took his time; almost 3 hours for my 4 bedrooms and sprayed a few extra places at no cost. its been exactly 20 days and no one has had any complaints about bed bugs. He guarantees his work for 6 months. He called about a week ago to make sure everything was fine. Thank you Vance.
