The bottom of my Kenmore fridge was leaking water as I found a significant amount of water in the morning. I called a local contractor who came and although he seemed experienced he couldn't figure out what was causing the leak. So I called Cropley's Appliance Service. The gentleman came within the said time frame and identified the problem as a tube failure and changed the entire tube along with some pager minor parts. Everything with tax was about 120. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who wants fast, honest and reasonably priced appliance repair service.

I think this company has it all. Courteous, pleasant, prompt, intelligent service, that is very reasonably priced. My experience with this company and the owner/technician was extremely good. He answered his own phone when I called with a problem, scheduled the visit quickly and efficiently, came on time, fixed the problem (and taught me a couple of things about fridges), and charged me less than it would cost for "Toronto Appliance Service" (who rate a low 1.7 rating on HomeStars for a reason) just to come to my house. Having an appliance breakdown can be stressful enough without having to deal with shady companies and surly staff. Cropley's had none of that, just the opposite. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
