Put in camera system less than 1 1/2 years ago and all we had was problems... I understand with technology there could be hiccups, but when you call and text Daniel to come and fix the issue, it falls on deaf ears...currently it has been almost 2 months trying to get someone in to fix our issue....still nothing...we had issues in the past and it took months and many texts/phone calls before Daniel shows up....so much for having a security system.....

We contacted Daniel for an estimate and he met us at the house to go over what we needed. The system was updated and the alarm works great. I will have him do my business in the new year.

Daniel and his team at Secure Tech Alarms installed a whole home security solution which included exterior/interior cameras and alarm system. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were very knowledgeable about the products offered and had many different options to tailor to my specific needs. The installation was done to perfection and everything was up and running very quickly. Daniel spent time educating us on the various features of the new system including programming of our mobile phone apps. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Would recommend their services for new installs or upgrade of an existing system.

The video surveillance installation was estimated as being a 4hr job and that is exactly what it took. Installation was professional and clean. I recently invested in a Video Surveillance system and was given Secure Tech's (Daniel) contact information from a family member. Daniel was very accommodating to our schedule after making the initial request for a quote. In fact, he came to assess our need on Sunday Morning! This was the first of many instances of the level of customer service delivered by Daniel. He has been very responsive and reachable (Phone, email or Text) and is always looking for ways to go above and beyond from a customer service perspective. The appropriate level of questions were asked and only when all questions were asked, the recommended solution was made. The video surveillance installation was top notch. The job was estimated as being a 2 day job and that is exactly what it took. Installation was professional and clean. Time was taken to train and walk us through how the system works. I was so impressed by the work that I switched my alarm monitoring which was reaching end of contract with my previous provider. To go even further, I made another recommendation to a family member, who also hired Secure Tech to replace an old alarm system. That experience was very similar to my experience. I would highly recommend Secure Tech not only from a product and services perspective, but from the exception customer service experience that they deliver.

I have recently moved into a townhome and wanted to get an alarm system set up ASAP. I contacted Daniel and from day one he was extremely helpful. He was able to get in there within a day or two to meet with me and give me a quote. Afterwards he sent someone over within a few days to set up my system. The worker who arrived was very polite and patient while he waited for me to arrive to the house to open up the door for him. Once he was done and I returned to the house he exampled the system to me and gave me a walk around. What impressed me the most and actually surprised me was the fact that he took my vacuum out of the closet to clean any mess he had made while installing the system. I found Daniel's phone number on HomeStars right on this page, and I am back here now to pass it on to the next home owner, who needs a reliant and affordable home security professionals. Daniel started rough-in installation for all the windows and doors for my house after I finished the framing work back in July, 2014. He came back this year January to finish all the installation and system setting-up. There had been some small errors regarding the system, but his technicians quickly responded to my request. He returned my call on the same day, and got the problem fixed right away. I will definitely contact Daniel if i would start a new house, and I am also willing to show my support to this great contractor of mine and keep him in the business well.
