    Professional, friendly people who will solve your problems

    I am a mechanical engineer, and also a very busy guy. Between work, and my family it is very difficult, and inconvenient to deal with the HVAC not working at home. After going through 2 other companies, and 3 "independent HVAC technicians/handymen" I learned that when it comes to HVAC and AC breaking at home, there is no one better than Home Savings Inc. • They are honest: they won't charge you an expensive diagnostic fee, to later on tell you that the solution is to replace the whole unit. Instead, they will be professional and honest with you. • They are friendly and flexible: both the technician that came over, Fares, and the person I talked to at the office, Tamim, were really friendly, and professional. They care about fixing the issues, and they do it right. • They are TRUE professionals: my HVAC's control board was not working properly. They managed to find another control board from the manufacturer, who by the way no longer operates in Ontario, they sold it to me and installed it at my place. 5 other different companies told me instead that my problem had no solution other than buying another HVAC system (2,000 to 4,000 bucks). Overall they are excellent, and I recommend them. First class service, and honesty. Ideal for people that is not familiar with the technical aspect if their home systems.

    Air conditioning

    Thomas was extremely helpful at fixing the AC issue I had. Not only did he arrive immediately after the call, he also spent the time to explain every single details. In the end, he waited to make sure that the AC was working properly before leaving. Would definitely recommend this service. Keep up the good work!

    furnace, AC and hot water tank

    Here is the little story for our home installation. We hire this home saving through Home Depot contractor. this is the first time we deal with contractor and we worried. so We would like more reliable and better performance equipment for our home not something broken in few years and also don't want keep deal with contractor if there is any issue after the install, this is why we go through with Home Depot. we totally have 4 quotes for our Furnace and AC system. from home depot, lowes, Costco and independent contractor as well, we don't want install some cheaper furnace so we use the higher end. in the end we find out the trane from home depot and carria from lowes are very comparable, however in the end we go with trane. the sales manager Thomas is very knowledgeable and reliable person about all their equipment, he give us all options from trane. and tell us all the benefit details as well, but we was still scary in the beginning since we really don't want deal some bad contractors. we request to put all promised rebate, warranty details in the paper, which is he did it, Thomas put every single detail on the contract and make our worry away. we installed at April this year, the reason i want provide the review right now, which is i would like to make sure everything is running good and all the promise is provide too. After these few months, we tested furnace, ac and hot water thank, there is no issue at all. installation was nice and clean, their expert technician did a great job. also we starting get rebate which they promised too. i think we made a very right decision to hire home saving inc to install our furnace,AC and hot water tank equipment. we are very satisfied and we are strongly highly recommend home saving as well.

    Thermostat install

    Had to do an install of an Ecobee3. There was more wires then connected to circuit board then the manual covered. Gave Home Savings a call and Thomas was here in a few hours. Did a great job on the install. He did a thorough review of the hardware before touching anything and then explained everything to me throughout the install. Even gave me some good suggestionsto get the best comfort at home. Would ddefinitely recommend Thomas and his team.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner

    I was shopping around for new furnace and air conditioner since last few days. I approached Home Star on one Tuesday for the quote for new furnace and Air-conditioner of Trane. To my surprise, I got very competitive rate and mind blowing warranties with compare to my previous quotes, so I decided to go with Home Star. Installation was done on very next weekend and persons, who came for installation, have done the work fantastically. Looking to their after sales services I felt a peace of mind. They are very care taking professionals. I would recommend going with them.

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace motor has burnt out so we made a warranty claim and they responded very promptly. Thomas provided excellent service and was very professional. I would recommend this company to my fiends and family and will continue to use their service. Thanks guys.

    Ecobee 3 Install

    Thomas was on time and installed the Ecobee3 without any issues. He walked me though all the features and also threw in a new humidifier pad replacement for free. Great Service, will use again for sure.

    Ecobee3 Installation

    Very friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. Thomas Chang, is thorough and likes to validate his work with me. I like that and it gives me a comfort level that the work is done professionally.

    New Trane AC Installation

    Sell person ( Thomas Chen ) and technician team ( Jason ) are awesome and profession. I highly recommend to all my friends and family members if they looking for AC. Thanks you them let me worry free for next ten years about my AC system.

    Trane Furnace

    My furnace broke down on one the coldest days we have had this winter. I called Thomas to come in and give me a quote for a new furnace. He was here within the hour and was very thorough and professional on the product he recommended for my home and on the installation process. I decided to use their service after reviewing 3 quotes. The end result was a furnace that was installed within 24 hours....the installers were awesome and did a clean job and explained everything I would need to know to keep my new furnace running properly. Thomas was also very helpful and did a follow up visit to make sure everything was running good and to make sure I was happy with the service. Good service goes a long way in my books and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new furnace or A/C unit Thank you for your professional service Thomas and team
