    Furnace and humidifier installation

    My furnace shut down at about 5 pm on Sunday in January. By 7:30 pm Thomas was at my house checking things out. By 9:30 we had all options discussed, contract signed. Next morning right after 9 am I had Jason and his crew over at my house replacing the furnace. By 3 PM they were done and heating restored. Then came Gregor to fix dryer exhaust pipe and he worked until 9+ pm when all was finally done. Things fixed some weeks ago, Thomas is still helping me deal with some other items, no charge. I am very impressed with the timeliness of Home Saving's response, their work ethics and how everybody in that company handles the issues that I bring forward. I would recommend them anytime to my best friends!

    Good Service

    Changed from oil tank to gas furnace, together with water heater and HRV. All stuff work perfectly and we are satisfied until now. Thomas did a great job with his team.

    GSW Water Heater, Trane Furnace

    Thomas and his installation crew were outstanding, everything I requested from the day we met to the final installation was complete and on time. So far I have had my new water heater and furnace a month now and everything is working flawless, I would 100 percent recommend this company, I also would like to mention Home Depot who were very helpful in my buying decision. One last point if anyone is ever going to do any kind of installation please do your homework because as there are many good honest company's out there, BEWARE there are also some very bad.

    Industrial Heating System installation

    Thomas from Home Saving Inc. was recommended to us from a family friend who used his services for his residential furnace system. Thomas was very polite and informative on the phone, he was prompt in arranging an appointment to come and assess what the job would entail. And he was extremely reasonable and fair with pricing, his employees were a pleasure to deal with. Leo one of the main techs treated our industrial heating system as though he was installing it in his own unit. We were fortunate to come into contact with Thomas and his delightful staff and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a furnace system, both industrial and residential. Thank you for making sure we are warm this winter!

    Trane Furnace

    My experience buying this furnace has been a pleasant one, sometimes even impressive. The sales engineer, Tamim, avoided both "hard sell" and "hustling", either of which would have lost him the sale in a hurry. He was committed to his product, respectful of his customer's intelligence, and careful to meet the customer's needs. It was also fun to watch him dangle the occasional carrot deftly. I certainly would buy from him again. The installing engineer was competent and efficient. The inspector answered all questions thoroughly and gave me valuable tips, and even picked little scraps and mercury items for recycling. Then there was Joy, the office angel. She went beyond the call of duty and took care of registration application and other paper work for me--and fast! All the good stuff above has to do with the buying and the installation process. Call it the honey moon period. However, if the long term interactions of maintenance, service and (God forbid!) crisis handling stay at this level, the "big boys" will have a lot to worry about.

    Furnace and a power vent water heater

    I purchased a Trane 2-stage furnace and a power vent water heater from Home Saving Inc. recently, and Thomas the sales man was extremely helpful and was an amazing guy. He gave me a deal that no other company would offer. I have consulted many HVAC companies and Home Saving Inc. was the top choice by far, by providing the best costumer service, and the most competitive quote. The installation team, which was led by Jason did an excellent job of installing these two units in my house. Therefore, I would highly recommend Home Saving Inc. for any projects you may have.

    Furnace And Water Tank Installation

    Only took one night to prepare and one day to install. Installation was finished without any problem. A side note: If you want to use your own smart thermostat, you'd better get it ready before the installation. Otherwise you'll end up having to install the thermostat (and change the wire as well in my case) all by yourself - or pay to get the technician to come over.

    Furnace Cleaning-Inspection

    Second experience. Robert took time to explain. No pressure sales. Serviced my old furnace (new media filter included in price); gave good tips re hot water tank, AC and humidifier.

    Power Vent Water Tank Installation

    They got back to me ASAP and were able to come out the same morning and get the new tank installed and the old one removed by noon! Very impressed with how fast and efficient the company and employees are. I'm very happy to have hot water again!

    Air Conditioner Installation

    I am really impressed by the very professional approach of the salesman "Thomas Chen" and the good work done by the installers. They were very friendly, careful and did a meticulous job. Thomas made an extra effort by installing a temporary thermostat when the XL824 did not work first time, at a very critical time when I had a large number of guests and it was a very hot day. Thomas returned back to install a new thermostat XL 824 and succeeded to program it and to educate us on proper handling of all its functions. I will strongly recommend Home Saving Inc, and the decent employees to any friend who might need these services. Thank you so much. Refaat Zaki and Doaa Farag
