    Installation of HRV, air cleaner, humidifier, AC maintenance, Blower motor replacement

    I can't say enough good things about this company. They communicate very well whether it is about setting an appointment, pricing, selecting equipment or tentatively diagnosing a problem. What I especially like about this company is that they are flexible about procuring, installing and warrantying equipment that other contractors would not. Most HVAC companies sell a few products which they are dealers for. Being in the HVAC industry myself, I selected specific pieces of equipment from different manufacturers and Home Saving had not problem with this. Tamim was very quick in answering me by phone and email, and did so very pleasantly. He made sure everything I selected was proper for its purpose, and provided competitive quotes. After everything was installed, Tamim sent Terry over to do a complete inspection of everything installed and also the older equipment that was still in place. Terry did a fantastic job looking over and calibrating/servicing everything. He took his time, was very proficient and a very pleasant man to boot. I was so happy with my experience that I have already used Home Saving again (great experience once again) and I've already referred them to friends. I now have Home Saving on top of my list of go-to HVAC service providers.

    AC installation

    The installation team lead by Mr. Celso is very professional and meet all my requirements. They worked very hard at scorching temperature to make my home feel comfortable. The AC unit is very quiet and you can barely hear it inside the house.

    Air Conditioner

    Dedicated Sincere Service for more than 10 years. Old houses need upgrades and there - Thomas and his team excel every time. They know very well - Promise, Price and Service. All my friends like their commitment and work. We wish them more success.

    water heater replacement

    I have a finished basement space that the ceiling must be cut in order for the contractor to access the pipes. I was worried about the potential damage as the cut is required at an area of ceramic tiled ceiling. The installer understood my concern very much so they were very cautious when opening up the area and tried not to cause extra damage to the surrounding tiles. The open-up size is within my expectation so later I just snap back an access panel and caulk it. Just think it could be better if they bring a diamond blade to make the cut more neatly? but it's the ceiling anyway, it could be dangerous using a grinder with diamond blade... Good customer service and installation service.

    gas regulator discharge pipe

    pipe must be min 3' from any intake vent termination-called Home Saving and within 24 hours everything fixed-Tamin went the extra mile for me. Excellent, excellent service-would recommend this Company to anyone

    Furnace, gas hot water and gas line installation

    Living in a Townhouse with Electric baseboard heating was expensive. As the Management had taken the time to install GAS meters for the 6 townhouses, we decided to get High Efficiency Furnace, a gas water heater and a gas line for a cooking range. Three estimates were taken and we decided to give the Installation to Home Savings Heating and Cooling. Their estimate included the best equipment for both Furnace and Hot water. The other estimate though equal to their quote, was for lower grade equipment. Jason who was the Lead Technician told us that they would not do any work unless got permission from the Condo Management and he was right. This was done and Jason and his crew started work. The work involved bringing a Gas line into the garage and utility room from the Visitors Parking Garage. They were courteous and even moved boxes in the garage and did not let me do this since I am 77. ‘We will look after it’ they said. The utility room is small and while other contractors wanted to move the water heater to another location, they said it was no problem to remove the return air duct (6 screws and a joint strip) if it was necessary to replace the water tank. We had to wait for a concrete contractor to make a hole in the kitchen floor for the gas line. Once this was done, they came and installed the gas line for the stove. Every day they cleaned up the work area. I have no complaints about the professional manner in which they carried out the work and even passed the Gas Inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone – even recommended them to another townhouse owner.

    furnance and ac

    For the last five years, when there was problem the company sent tech . Mr Terry immediately without delay. The company customer service representative Mr Tamil Bakhshi is the best man working and taking care of customers. Telling my friends to utilizes the services of the Home Saving Heating and Cooling.

    Electronic air cleaner installation and Air condition cleaning and

    I had to write my experience with the team at Home Saving. It started with Alison for the call to clean our AC as a maintenance then followed by Terry who did a wonderful job cleaning the AC with full explanation on what he is doing. then he had to fix a condensation issue with the pipe and informed me that my Electronic air cleaner is not working. Terry spent time to see if he can address it without replacing it but board is damaged. Tamim worked very closely with me to get me the best replacement and explained my options. within couple of days Terry can in with a full unit and did a very professional job in the area. He even explained few other things I should be always aware of. the place was left very clean and he removed all the old items. Thank you team for the great work you have done with us. Nahla

    AC repair

    i was unsure if I needed repair or a new AC unit. Terry was very professional in explaining what the problem might be. At the end of the day, all that was need was a capacitor, which was easily installed. Refrigerant levels were checked and finally Terry outlined his services for the invoice. Excellent work..

    Heating & Coolingo
