We have hired Handyman Matters on two separate occasions. The first time was for some fan installations and a mysterious spotting problem on our living room ceiling. Ted came over quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote, and was able to pinpoint and correct the source of the spotting. Even when the fan installations proved to be more tricky than anticipated he kept to his quote and did everything he said he would do. He even came back the next day to check that it was all functioning properly. The second occasion was for installation of a new faucet in our kitchen and the repair if several leaks we had discovered while trying to do it ourselves. The plumber came by in advance to see what materials he needed to buy so as not to waste time later. He repaired all the problems we had quickly and easily. Everyone at Handyman Matters is very courteous, easy to deal with, and respectful of your time and budget.

We are writing this letter to thank you for the amazing job done this past winter. The completion of the renovations in our family room and second bathroom far exceeded our expectations. This project was a large undertaking and we are glad that we brought in a qualified contractor to handle the job. With a large budget, we had a lot invested in this renovation and needed to make sure that whoever we hired was trust worthy and could get the job done right the first time. You showed diligence and dedication to finish work on time, which was greatly appreciated. Even though we ran into a few unexpected problems during the course of the project, you and your team were able to make adjustments as needed and keep the project on track, while always keeping us informed. Your attention to detail and ensuring that all our requests were actioned was very remarkable which resulted in things running smoothly and a job well done. We appreciated your flexibility and willingness to accommodate our crazy schedules. We were very impressed by how professional everyone was and how respectful they were to our home and our pets. Your team was always on schedule, cleaned up at the end of each day and took special care around our pets which was extremely important to us. Again, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for all the hard work that you and your team did during this renovation. The end result is outstanding and we love showing it off. We would not hesitate to refer Handyman Matters to anyone who is in need of quality services from a contractor.
