    Plumbing

    Peter and his crew are respectful, responsive and reliable. We have used Plumbers direct for years and have always had excellent service. Highly recommend. A company with integrity.

    Replace kitchen faucet

    For last 2 months we've been completing a bathroom and 2nd floor renovation. As a consequence, our kitchen faucet was in dire need of replacement. Our contractor had promised to install before he went on Christmas vacation however, it never got completed. Like clockwork, our kitchen faucet handle broke off in my partner's hand late in the evening Dec. 28th. Our contractor wasn't returning to the city until Jan. 3rd and the plumber we had worked with for our bathroom renovation was also out of town. We were stuck. I called several plumbers before Plumbers Direct - some wanted too much money and some didn't return our call. When I called Plumbers Direct, Peter made himself available and arrived withing 30 minutes from our phone call! He quickly and professionally replaced our kitchen faucet at a reasonable rate. THANK YOU, Peter!!! We appreciate the great service/work!!!

    $733.37 (after tax) for tap replacement a bit excessive?

    When a tap started to leak while I was out of town, Plumbers Direct was about the only option I had, not having the access to Internet to search for alternatives. Invoice included time for a second visit since they couldn't immediately reach me while they were there to assess the job. While the job was completed quickly, I was not happy with the price quoted. I've repaired and replaced a few faucets and am aware of the work involved. I can't see how to justify the cost. I would have expected close to half the amount. Time to replace the faucet was about 15 minutes. Fair price? Maybe look around before using Plumbers Direct. Update 2021 May 10: Regarding company response "I can not locate a copy of your service call and you have not listed your name for us to follow up with you": The receipt for work done was forwarded to Homestars as a condition for posting this review.

    Plumbing and Leaks

    Plumbers Direct Inc. are amazzzinnngg!!! We had a problem as we were not getting hot water in three showers for a few days. Also we had a leaky pipe from our garage which needed to be fixed. We had so much trouble getting other contractors to call us back or come to our place however my husband called Plumbers Direct, spoke to Peter and the response was very quick. The team was at our place within an hour! They were very professional, quick and efficient. They knew exactly how to fix the problem and they explained exactly what they were going to do. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommended them! Thank you Peter, Tenzin and Kadin :)

    Sewer Back up, kitchen and bathroom renos

    Had Plumbers Direct come out to fix a number of issues at my parents basement: sewer back up, new pipes, sinks and faucets in kitchen and bathrooms Peter and his team were very professional, quick and efficient throughout the whole process They took the time to explain everything clearly and were  professional in coordinating their work with the other trades We will continue using plumbers direct and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my contacts

    renovation of four bathrooms in our home in North York

    Plumbers Direct was given the task of replacing and upgrading all our bathroom sinks and toilets in our four bedroom home in North York. Peter and his crew from Plumbers Direct were very prompt, organized and his work was top notch. They did the job exactly to our expectations. We have used Peter from Plumbers Direct countless times and every time we have received consistent excellent results. This is a company that I would have no hesitation recommending to any one that needs an excellent plumbing crew. It is rare to find a company where the staff is personable and that you trust and feel valued. Plumbers Direct is certainly that company.

    Bathroom reno

    Did all the plumbing in the new washroom. In stalled new tub. Work is amazing, on time and great to work with. I would recommend Plumbers Direct in a minute.

    Plumbing Problem

    I truly have never wanted to write a review more than I do for this company. I cannot begin to express how satisfied we were with Plumbers Direct. We had a blocked sewer line and after the problem was corrected, I suggested to Peter that maybe the sewer lines should be replaced because they were old, he advised that they were old but in good condition and it would be an expensive unnecessary repair! Peter could have easily talked me into doing something that was not necessary, but he did not! Peter and his crew are honest and hardworking. If you have plumbing issues please do yourself a favour and call Peter at Plumbers Direct!

    Sewer Back Up

    From my very first call with Peter, I could tell he was knowledgeable and honest. We had a sewer back up that ended up being at the fault of my neighbors construction. It was Plumbers Direct that realized what was done and pinpointed the problem. Peter followed up with us on his own accord and consulted for 3 days straight on how to proceed with the plumbing company that caused the blockage. After the company came out and fixed the problem at no cost to us, Peter even came back to inspect with his camera to ensure the issue was fixed. I recommend Plumbers Direct 1000% and will never use another plumber company again! Thank you Peter!
