Bathroom renovation
We are completely happy with the way our bathroom renovation was done. Sandro was professional and reliable. He told us that the renovation would take 3 weeks and that's how long it took. He communicated with us so that we knew all along what was happening and cleaned up every day before he left. We would definitely recommend this company.

Bathroom Renovation
We contacted Sandro at the end of February and agreed to start our home renovations in mid August with planned completion in the first week of September. We wanted to replace the floor tiles in the kitchen, as well as to renew the whole bathroom - replace the bathtub with a glass walk-in shower, change the vanity, toilet, floor and wall tiles. The work that Sandro did, was with great quality and precision. Throughout the whole process he had been very helpful and accommodating. We "surprised" him with an idea to have a tile fixture on the wall which was handled in a very professional manner and we were very happy with the outcome. He suggested to have the rain-shower head hanging out of the ceiling (not a bar from the wall) which added a modern look to the bathroom. He finished the project the first week of September as promised, without any hiccups price-wise. We would contract Sandro again and would recommend him as he respects the home owners, acts professionally and his work has outstanding quality. Thank you very much Sandro!!!

Full upstairs reno
In the spring of 2019, we hired Sandro to renovate our upstairs. New flooring, railings, built ins, laundry closet, painting, doors, lighting... the works. As always, Sandro's quality or work was amazing, and his ability to stick to our timeline was perfect. Sandro has done work for us 4 times now... renovating every part of our house and garage except 1 bathroom. I would recommend him without hesitation (and we have numerous times to happy customers). Thanks again Sandro!

Shower stall reno
I needed the old shower stall rebuilt because it had been leaking and damaging adjacent drywall and baseboard. When Sandro came to do the estimate, he listened patiently to my layman specifications for the project, and gave very thoughtful suggestions on what he could do instead that would make the end result even better what I had imagined. He also explained in detail the steps to completing the project. None of the other contractors were as thorough, and naturally, of the 4 estimates I received for the project, Sandro's was the most detailed, but also very competitively priced. I hired Sandro for the project because I was confident that he knew exactly what I wanted, and am exceedingly pleased with the result. He followed the strata bylaws I had provided before hand, and did everything without generating a complaint from my neighbors or building manager. My wife and I are still marveling at our beautiful new shower stall.

Master Bathroom Renovation
I hired Sandro to reconfigure and renovate my master bedroom closet and bathroom. Sandro provided me with a quote months before the project klick off. The quote was very detailed which made me comfortable committing to the project. And, the final project cost came very close to the quote! The project itself went without any surprises. When issues did come up, Sandro was very professional in communicating the problem immediately and providing me with possible solutions. I felt I was part of the process and my opinion was valued. Sandro is hardworking. His workmanship is immaculate. He enjoys solving problems and does not stray from a challenge. I would highly recommend using Delfabulous Home Improvements. Sandro is reliable and honest. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking to do home renovations. I will definitely use him again! Actually, he will be starting on my main bathroom renovation this July!

Entire upper floor of the house renovation
This was the first time I did a reno with a contractor. I went through 4 quotes for my renovation: entire upper floor of my house. When I met Sandro he stated: you'll have my undivided attention during the renovation. Based on what family and friends told me about contractors I thought this would be highly unusual. I chose Sandro because he came across as a very honest person and because, I have to admit it, we had a common acquaintance who vouched for him. I am really happy I did. Sandro kept his promise: he was at the house every single day, I did feel I had his undivided attention. He carefully listened to all my requests, he gave wise, practical and professional advice. He patiently worked through my going back and forth between decisions. Sandro is a perfectionist, his work is of excellent quality, he will not cut corners. I am very happy with all he did: I have a wonderful kitchen, bathroom and all. He also has a great sense of humour which makes a stressful time like renovation lighten up. All in all this was a great experience for me - I did not expect it to go so smooth, to be timely and within budget - thank you Sandro. Keep me on file for my next reno please.

Home Renovations
We hired Sandro in 2018 to modernize and renovate ~1,000 square feet upstairs, plus hallway, and bathroom downstairs. At the time, we'd received a number of quotes, and Sandro's was most specific and thought out. As with any complex project, we had to tweak the requirements along the way, but overall it was as surprise-free as can be reasonably expected. We've learned a lot about the process, and Sandro has been instrumental in helping us plan, and execute from beginning to end. I would not hesitate recommending Sandro for any and all renovations needs you may have.

Basement renovation and kitchen expansion

New Bathroom Project
This is the fourth bathroom we have had Sandro from Delfabulous complete for us in two separate homes. Our concept was wet room style but still having glass shower wall, light, spacious, modern and swopping a pocket door for a barn door. Everything turned out as I had hoped with Sandro being on schedule, professional, transparent about what is being done and requirements eat. Sandro is extremely budget friendly, polite, hard working, good communicator, reliable - if he ain't going to be onsite he tells you!!!!! I would hire him over and over and over again Thanks Sandro for your hard, professional work.

Full floor renovation
Sandro renovated our entire main floor, and it's stunning. Sandro is a complete professional, from how clean he keeps his job site, to his clear communication, to the quality of his work. This is our 3rd renovation with Sandro (bathroom and garage were done previously), and there will be a 4th (upstairs). Can't recommend him highly enough!
