It's so difficult to find a contractor who does what he says he will do. Sandro is definitely one of the rare ones in the industry. He always took our calls for the silly questions we had and was prompt in responding to any concerns. The job was started and finished when he said it would be and the he took great care in keeping the work area and outside of our home as clean as possible throughout the renovation. We love our new bathroom and would recommend Sandro to our family and friends as one of the few in the industry who are honest and easy to deal with.

This is our second time working with Sandro, and we can't recommend him highly enough. He just finished converting our garage from "typical" garage space to finished space, including a storage area and a family/play room. His work is extremely high quality, his quotes are accurate, and to top it off, he's just a great person. We're planning to do a full floor renovation in 2017 and Sandro is our only choice to do the work.

*What we did* -New drywall and backsplash in kitchen, bathroom, fireplace surrounds -Taking down a small closet in the laudry room and tiling the floor ----SANDRO is a wonderful person to work with!! ---- Sandro was a professional starting with his accurate and detailed estimate: always on time, tidy, clean, reliable and kind and caring to our son, and I think I should emphasize on “clean” again. With everything he did and with no hesitation, I would love to recommend him to anyone if they want a pleasant renovation experience. This was our first renovation ever, and my husband and I were very very happy with how Sandro delivered everything we asked for in such a f.a.b.u.l.o.u.s way.!!!!!! From the first time when we met Sandro, we could tell he was knowledgeable; he knows exactly what we were asking about and was reliable in telling us what needs to be done and what not. I heard renovation could be really dusty and messy, but how amazingly Sandro did his work in such a neat and clean manner. Thank you Sandro for enabling us to enjoy amazing bathroom, laundry room and wonderful fireplace!!!

We have had many reno projects over the years and have had contractors ranging from okay to awful. One of the reasons why we had continued to put the kitchen reno on hold is that we just weren't ready to deal with another awful contractor, but we hated our kitchen and it was time. We found Sandro's name on HomeStars and, after meeting him and several other contractors, felt very reassured that he was the right person for the job. We live in an old home so there were many challenges, but Sandro dealt with all of them. Sandro did a wonderful job in turning the dream kitchen from my mind into a reality. Of so many positives working with him, the only negative is that quarter round got ripped up in our hallway during the reno and wasn't replaced and I just haven't had time to replace it myself so it is a bit of an eyesore. However, we would use him again in a second and plan to have him work on our bathroom next.

Sandro at Delfabulous lived up to his company's name and did a fantastic job for us. We had our bathroom, which had sustained water damage, renovated - he took care of all the demolition, repair of the damaged area including removal of a window, tiling, painting, plumbing, installation of all the accessories - everything from start to finish. Before he started he covered all the floors and stairs to protect them, always left things tidy, and removed all the demo materials during the process. All the work was done to schedule and on budget. We decided to reno our powder room and he was able to do that for us as well with the same workmanship and attention to detail. We have no hesitation recommending Delfabulous and will hire Sandro again if we have further house renovations.

I have used Sandro and Delfabulous for many home renovations and upgrades. Delfabulous is Cost effective, Reliable, Cleans up after himself at the end of each work day, good communication skills and easy to work with. He will never ever disappear off a work site or disappear for days without communicating to you directly prior to why you will not see him on the work site any particular day!! Many contractors could learn a lesson from Sandro on how to run a quality business. The work was done very professionally and on time. Our bathroom was completely gutted and everything rebuilt with beautiful results. Very pleased with Delfabulous Home Improvement and would definitely recommend.

I found out about the Del Fabulous Home Improvement through Craigslist on a search for a contractor to work on renovating our bathrooms. I am incredibly happy with how far he has exceeded our expectations. Sandro’s work is, as it states in the company name, fabulous. The workmanship is second to none. I highly recommend his work without any hesitation.

Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of Sandro. From the outset, he was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. His quote was detailed and clear and he delivered very high quality workmanship, finishing on time and on budget. We are delighted with our new home! For the elements of the work that were subcontracted, Sandro ensured this was completed to his very high standards and within the project timeline. He gave good advice regarding the sourcing of e.g. flooring, lighting and bathroom fixtures and every supplier I contacted had great things to say about him. He left our home spotless every day and is such a cheerful, friendly guy to have around: my kids were always delighted to see his van outside when we got home. From the first phone call, Sandro was professional and knowledgeable. He listened carefully, completely grasped the scope of our requirements, and was able to do a rough estimate and schedule. I felt like we were on solid ground right away. His suggestions for additional contacts for the project were helpful. Our project was to fix problems and smarten up the bathroom, not a reno. The work included: • replacement of broken tub/shower controls, spout, and heads • replacement of two sets of sink faucets and drains • tile re-grouting and re-caulking He came out for a preliminary confirmation of what had been discussed. There were no surprises, just matter-of-fact, and none of the frequent whining about the insurmountable problems being presented by the home owner. We chose the parts, and when we had them, he arrived on time as scheduled. His work was systematic, thorough, beautifully executed, and clean. He was comfortable discussing progress and addressing any questions. He worked steadily and completed as expected. We thought his pricing was reasonable and are very happy with the results.
